Summary: The last commenter had some very valid comments; I'd like to add that although it's a bugger to dial with that little rotary (and text messaging is downright akin to sending smoke signals), you can use voice dialing to dial.
Summary: This phone is amazingly wonderfull... Best Style in the world. When I want to impress someone, I leave my Sony Ericsson P910 at home (who would imagine that!) and change to my new 7280; The "dial" system amazes everyone (altough it's not something you get used to it easyly...).
Excerpt: This phone have a good point (Looks good and Mirror) and a bad points (Handset freeze up and then restore for no reason, Difficulty of searching for names when sending a text message, Difficulty of writing text messages and Phone changes its ring tone for no reason and also changes the volume).
Excerpt: I brought this phone back in January when it was first our. At the time not many people had seen It and everywhere I went people wanted it see it. I was having a meal and the waiter did not believe it was a phone and made me call him on it. It got to the stage where I would not put it on show.
Pros: It looks really good and everyone will want to look at it .
Cons: Everyone wants to look at it and it takes a long time to text
Excerpt: I recently bought this phone as i fell in love with the styling, if you want a small phone that looks good and is different to anything anyone else has this is the one. But be warned, it takes some getting used to.
Excerpt: I've had this phone for just over 3 months now....and i have to say the novelty has worn off! Whilst this will always be a great phone to look at, it's not enitrely functionaly due to the lack of a keypad.
Excerpt: I bought the Nokia 7280 two weeks ago after seeing it advertised in Finland, home of Nokia. What caught my attention about the phone was the way it looked. It certainly stands out, with an iPod - style spinner, a screen that changes into a mirror when it goes on standby and an art-deco appearance.
Pros: Sleek, stylish and innovative . Mirrored screen .
Cons: Absence of keypad means texting takes much longer .
Excerpt: I admit i brought this phone for the style, but it has not disappointed me in any way. Apart from the fact that it is so sleek and sexy not to mention the very clever mirror/screen, i love the 'spinner'.
