Update on my original review. A bread and butter no frills phone

Summary: I have owned this phone since January 2010 and use it for both business and private so reliability is of paramount importance. It has never missed a beat and is NEVER switched off. Battery life is now reduced as might be expected. The QWERTY type touch pad on Smart Phones is certainly easier for texting. I think that is the only down side of this little Nokia. It takes photos and records video, although not to any outstanding quality,it suffices.
Summary: I have had this phone for a number of months and when I purchased it, I found it so simple to use I did not read the manual. The manual was subsequently lost. I had not had a Noika phone before and did not realise that the power button was on the top of the phone not a place that I was used to with all the other phones I have had. When the battery ran out completely even though I recharged it I was unable to `turn on the phone'.
Summary: Bought this mobile as a replacement for my Nokia 6303 as I prefer Nokia mobiles and I'm not particulary interested in using it for internet access. Great mobile as most Nokias are. Main downside for me is that messages can only be deleted 1 by 1 or ALL deleted, whereas 6303 allowed me to mark the messages I wanted to delete. The camera's not great but it states clearly how many megapixels it is.
Summary: A robust simple phone , compact with good battery life. I got as a replacement for a smartphone that I broke (nokia C7) and as a result find these old style phones too limited. There's no automatic mail update, you can't link a calendar, the web browsing is poor, contacts do not have an address, no gps. The list goes on! I wish I'd paid more for a smart phone and accepted the shorter battery life they have.
Summary: Good value for money. As previous reviews have said, very sensitive keyboard makes it easy to activate in your pocket. You need to always leave it locked with a password when not in use to stop sending a message by mistake. Camera sharpness and coverage is poor when using flash only. Sharpness is not as good as my previous samsung mobile (stolen). This mobile is very easy to use with text messages. All in all recommended.
Summary: As I largely use a mobile phone just for texting, occasional calls and the odd photo when required, I thought this phone would be ideal for me. When the phone arrived, I just popped in my old sim card and I was up and running - easy! Although I liked it from the start, I found the phone a bit slippery, so I bought a cheap latex cover which resolved that problem.
