Summary: "Not what you would call a desirable phone, but solid - dropped plenty of times, and once thrown by the dog. Maybe a bit small for most male hands, however you can't argue with the compact size. Would have liked the screen quality a little 'better' compared to some, but can't argue for the money. I've read other comments about poor battery life, but mine lasts for 7-8 days which I think is fair.
Summary: "I have always had Nokia phones but this is just too hard for me to understand. There is no easy way to download music for ringtones after buying a cable and loading the cd. I don't want to go on the internet with it nor listern to music, just like to phone and text, cannont see the point of bluetooth either. Just a waste of money.
Summary: "Durable phone that has been dropped stood on etc etc still going strong. Only downside is the battery life is about a day and a bit so you are constantly charging it. Liked it so got another one for this years upgrade!
Summary: "The Nokia 6300 is probably the most basic phone I have had recently, but it is probably my favourite also. It is a very simple phone, and it is its simplicity that makes it such a good phone. It has everything you could ask for: bluetooth, camera, mp3, radio, internet, e-mail, calendar. What more could you want?
Summary: "This is one of the nicest phones I have ever had. Some people will regard it as a bit basic, but to me, it does just exactly what I want it to and no more. No extra bits that you won't really use. It is really well made and slim, so it doesn't take up a lot of room in my pocket. I was reading beforehand that it had won a number of awards, and I'm not surprised. The camera is surprisingly good and the mp3 player sound is excellent.
Summary: "This phone is excellent. Well made and stylish. Great functions. If I have to complain; some of the functions have been put in places where you maybe wouldn't expect to find them, such as the countdown timer, which is actually in the organiser menu. The battery doesn't last as long as advertised. I know some of the functions are more intensive, but you should be able to maintain enough power to use them.
Summary: "This phone looks lovely, but because it is so slim, it is sometimes difficult to use the keys because you cannot press them down far enough, which makes it difficult to know if they have registered, unless you look. The memory card supplied is only 128mb which meant I had to go and buy a higher capacity one. This adds to the cost of the phone, although the phone itself is a nice price. This is a great phone.
Awesome Nokia phone with all the features of its time!

Excerpt: I bought this phone from someone, and I was skeptical about its performance. To date it was one of the best phones I ever used. It is a slim, thin and a decent looking [compared to many weird looking phones out there] phone. It has a metallic body, which was extremely handy in my case as Im a professional cell mishandler. Other features include a 2MP camera [video, picture capability], a memory card, bluetooth, USB port, Java enabled, MMS support, radio etc.
