crap phone

ron matthews, Amazon
9 February 2014
  • Summary: I am convinced that this phone is a recycled item and it is crap, I bought it as a present and have been very disappointed with it. the battery has to be charged constantly and the item itself over heats and burns the ear when in use. Very disappointed.

Disappointed

trishy, Amazon
27 July 2013
  • Summary: I had a Nokia 6300 a few years ago and I loved it. I was excited about this one coming but what a disappointment. The sound quality was awful. Called a few people while trying to set it up and every one of them said they could hardly hear me.

Duncan C. Moore, Amazon

  • Summary: The phone worked beautifully until the 11th month. OK, I dropped it a few times but I dropped phones in the past that didnt stop working. I have about 5 other phones in storage that were battered but functioning (one of which I've just started reusing). What went wrong was quite sudden.
  • Pros: Ease of use. the alarm, the calendar were used a lot. Loads of fields for contact information
  • Cons: It fell apart in 11months

Looks good, but awkward to use

L. Kitchener, Amazon
21 April 2008
  • Summary: I have had this for eighteen months and it has been reliable. I find it very difficult to use. The buttons are ridiculously small, the square button is awkward to move. There is a delay when pressing buttons that means I end up going into the wrong menus and getting very frustrated.

Disappointing

Vito, Amazon
21 April 2008
  • Summary: I have been using Nokia phones for many years. By the standards of phones like the old 6310i and my last phone - 6230i, the 6300 is disappointing for the following reasons. * The reception strength falls short of the 6230i. * Shorter battery life. * Speaker not loud.
