Noah's Nokia 6131 review

phonedog.com
24 December 2007
  • Summary: A rare foray into flip phones for the giant Finnish manufacturer, the Nokia 6131 is a solid quad band GSM handset that thrives on good design and a great user interface but lacks in the battery department.  With a plethora of multimedia features backed by an external memory card slot, the 6131 can double as an excellent mp3 player with the addition of a few add-on accessories.

  • Summary: Someone may consider that we’re trying to make an elephant out of a fly, and within these 7 pages we were only talking nonsense. You can look from another point of view too, no one can deny the fact that Nokia 6131 is the first phone that has no protective glass. A unique experience of Nokia 6131 will be interesting for all market, since up till now we haven’t seen models that lacked protective glass.

Nokia 6131

22 January 2008
  • Excerpt: Though Nokia has been a bit unsuccessful with the clam-shell design of mobiles, the Nokia 6131 has definitely paved the way for betterment. Though one may not really call it ‘slim’ in the crowd of sleek Motorola and Samsung phones, Nokia 6131 definitely doles out an impressive design and an appreciable performance. It has an external display screen, a 1.3 MP camera, stunning internal screen display, etc. It is available in four colors - Black, White, Red and Sand.
