Excerpt: I have had the Nokia 6103 camera phone for about a year now. It has worked perfectly for me. There are many attractive features to the phone such as the VGA resolution camera for example. The resolution on the camera is good in day and night.
Great company service! Actually, it was very easy to do business when you need to return an item.

Summary: Speaking to the representative of this company was amazing. They tried everything to correct my concern about the phone and refunded my money. Was hoping for a phone like the picture in the ad. They ran out of the American model and mailed an international/Canadian version phone instead. It was worth more money but I found it hard to function, the keys were so different that what I was used to using (even with a manual they provided later).
Summary: My dad got this phone in 2006, it died this summer. He used it every single day, dropped it in the pool twice, and finally the killing blow was dropping it 2 stories to tar. Never once did he have to restart it because it wasn't working or such. this is an awesome phone. you would love it.
Excerpt: This phone is nice but the lack of memory limits the ability to add new ringers. Synchronization is very easy with the software from Nokia. I tried to add new ringers and was told that there was not enough memory, even with no text messages on the phone. I would suggest that you really look at the specifications of this phone.
Excerpt: I have this phone and it is not the greatest phone in the world it works when it wants to, if your phone is ringing and you go to open it it will shut off on you and restart. Ends calls all the time. I plain and simple don't like this phone.
Excerpt: I have had this phone for two years and love the durablity. It has been dropped, played with by the grandkids, even thrown out a window with only a few scratches. It has a clear photo taking capability and great nighttime mode for those pics in a snap. Also, the video and audio are crisp and clear. If I had to replace it this would be my choice.
Excerpt: This is the worse phone I have ever had. I bought it at Verizon and the girl failed to tell me that it wasn't capable of certain features, which I was already paying for. I tried to trade up and they refused to let me because I didn't have the original box that it came in. The worse part of this phone is when I put it on silent for meetings, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
Nokia 6103 great if you want a disposable phone; always breaking
9 September 2012
Excerpt: The Nokia 6103 is great if you like a disposable phone. I had my first one for about 10 months and the outside screen started to blank in and out, then the inside screen started to do the same thing. I went to the store and they sent me a replacement. The replacement lost the antennae tip, the rubber skim coat on the device is wearing off, and the screens have started to blank again. Will never order this phone again.
Excerpt: I bought my phone used off of e-bay. Most companies offer this model as a starter phone. It's a vast improvement over the last one I had. Thanks to infrared and Bluetooth connectivity, I can customize everything about this phone. Nokia is just better in general than anything else I've tried - better reception, and definitely a better user interface.
