Summary: great ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
Excerpt: After my phone broke two days ago, I began using my grandmother's Nokia 6030 phone, which she hardly uses. In the short amount of time I have used it, I have found some positive things about it. This phone has a long battery life and good audio quality. The speaker volume is better than on my much newer and, now non functioning, LG Xpression. I like the physical buttons and how you get firm feedback when you press them.
Summary: I have had this phone for one of my lines for the past seven years, and it has operated absolutely flawlessly. The paint is wearing off, the buttons show some wear, and it sure won't pass for a new phone, but it has operated all these years without failing even once. Even the battery is the original. If you want a workhorse phone, and most of the time you just to make phone calls, this will work well. And, it is tiny! You can put several of these in your pocket.
Summary: I have no particular complaint about the phone itself, it is like all Nokia feature phones: simple and easy to use. However the one that I got from New2YouCellular is not unlocked, but it can only be used with AT&T. This is a really annoying since this is explicitly advertised as unlocked!
Excerpt: My grandmother got this phone for emergency purposes and it works really well for her. It's a good basic phone. She did not want a phone that had a bunch of features. She just wanted one that made and received calls. Below are the pros and cons of the device. PROS: - small - good audio quality - physical buttons - reception - battery life - loud ringer volume - easy to use CONS: - small display - feels cheap, like it's going to break just from holding it I did not review...
Summary: I bought it to use as an FM radio. I have a 6030 already and it works great for that. I bought this as a backup in case something goes wrong with my first one. I don't know if this one is good because it was short on parts needed. I hope it will work ok.
Summary: My wife has used this Nokia 6030 for several years. Recently hers died. We found this same model on ebay for a reasonable price. She had the option to upgrade to a smart phone and she preferred to keep her same model. She loves her "New" phone.
I just want a sturdy, easy to use phone--no extra features.

Summary: I bought this phone as a back up for the Nokia 6030 I already have because I just want a reliable phone. The Nokia 6030 cell phones that we have used are just that. This is an old 2G cell phone, which AT&T will phase out within a couple of years. Sound quality has been better in our concrete building than later cell phone models. We don't want smart phones, just a sturdy, easy to use cell phone. This is it. If you want anything else, don't buy this model.
