Summary: After many horrendous trials and tribulations actually trying to get this phone (from both Amazon and Prepaymania) I can only comment on a few technical drawbacks- Annoying lack of a 'fully charged alert', so basically you don't know when the phone is fully charged or not, no peep, nothing.

Being a very light user, averaging one text and maybe three short calls a week, all features turned off, to conserve battery life, and can still...
Summary: Being a busy farmer I get my phones wet, dirty, dusty and drop them regulary This is a nice phone and is simple with a good battery life. Button for the lock key is hard to press if you have large fingers due to the design of the phone casing.
Summary: I had to return this phone as the reception indoors was very poor when compared to previous phones i have owned . Quite often text messages wouldn't send but would send ok after you switched phone off and back on again .
Summary: The 3720 is well over priced for a rugged phone that esthetically and functionally is a step down from the Nokia C-02, which is half the price. If you have averaged sized hands and really need a rugged phone then consider it, but remember you can afford to break two C-02s for the same price.
Summary: Haven't had this very long so it hasn't been subjected to the usual knocks and I don't plan to deliberately immerse it. The phone didn't come with a manual but I have managed to use it without so far.
