Summary: The 3720 is well over priced for a rugged phone that esthetically and functionally is a step down from the Nokia C-02, which is half the price. If you have averaged sized hands and really need a rugged phone then consider it, but remember you can afford to break two C-02s for the same price.
Summary: I had to return this phone as the reception indoors was very poor when compared to previous phones i have owned . Quite often text messages wouldn't send but would send ok after you switched phone off and back on again .
Summary: Bit disappointed, it's meant to be rugged so guess it was aimed at blokes at work etc. The buttons are a bit small and the bottom left and right buttons are the smallest plus the surrounding lip gets in the way when texting, quite annoying and un-neccessary.
