Excerpt: love Love LOVED this phone at that time this phone was release this was the best phone that was nice and clear. At a time where cellphone companies sold phone clarity before getting online with a phone or using a camera blah blah blah
Excerpt: This Nokia was not a terrible phone but it did have its ups and downs.
Lights up on sides of the phone
Very hot games (4)
Sort of big
Not a whole lot of features
Excerpt: There is not much to dislike about this phone. Good signal, good battery life and one of the simples phones to use (Nokias strong point).
Very customizable with changeable faceplates and easy to download ringers and graphics.
The pricing is wonderful on this phone, its like $19.95 from US Cellular with a new contract. Nokia hasnt change there power connector for ages so if you have had a Nokia in the past all your charges still work.
Excerpt: I bought this phone for my grandmother who lives in a very rural area of kansas. It was on an Alltel network. This phone has an amazing ability to keep a digital signal. The ringers are loud. The display, even though not color, is bright and clear black on white. It downloaded new ringtones easily and even has a few games.
Excerpt: we have the phone here at the store.. and yes the phone price has come down alot as a matter of fact. it is now 1 cent with the current promo, its a fun phone in my opinon.
Ed. note: Removed contact info.
Excerpt: I work with the SprintNextel company and I had a Nokia 3585i for about 2 years. For phone use, that was the best 2 years of my life as far as I'm concerned.
There are really no cons about the phone at all especially considering the time it came out and it's readily apparent if you've gotten this far in the reviews. I've seen 2 honest to God complaints in this whole listing and rightfully so.
Excerpt: I love the nokia 3585. I think its the best phone yet!!! Its not to complicated and straight to the point. I love the capacity of the phone book and also I love the icons for the caller groups which shows hearts for family and handshakes for meetings. No it doesent have every new latest gadgit that has come out for the new millineum, but it does inlcude voice tag, a minibrowser and many other cute features.
Excerpt: I bought this yesterday and returned it today. I have a Sanyo 5150 and was going to start a second line with this rig.
Unfortunately it just didn't work. It sounded awful, it dropped at least 50% of the calls I made, and it had the strange habit of signal fluctuation. I could stand absolutely still, but the signal was all over the place.
I'm sorry it didn't work.
Excerpt: I had this phone right before I switched to my audiovox 8410 and I have to say that this is not a bad phone at all BUT, it is what it is JUST a phone but a good one doesn't have all the features that I hoped it would have but very very close I LOVED this phone for about 3 weeks and after that I couldn't stand it. But I am also a "gadget" guy which means I like to have all the most advanced stuff out there and compared to most this doesn't even put up a fight.
