Excerpt: I purchased the Nokia 2700 sometime back because of it’s economical appearance which I found very attractive. This is a phone with a solid feel to it and keypad buttons which is spacious and comfortable to use, thus making the process of typing messages a breeze.
Summary: I had bought this phone just prior to coming away on holiday. It arrived fully charged and as we were leaving the next day, simply packed the charger in my luggage. We are still on holiday but have been unable to re-charge the phone. After the battery went dead the first time, I plugged it in and expected a full charge but nothing happened. Have tried several different chargers, several different sockets and plugs to no avail.
Summary: I am quite happy with this mobile as it does all that I ask of it. It is simple to use & I appreciate the Bluetooth facility as it links the mobile with my hearing aids; if you have hearing problems you will appreciate what a boon that is. In most other respects it is similar to my previous Nokia mobile, except for the very small keys which I find fiddly to use.
Summary: Phone worked fine and did what it should until it went dead. Nokia repairers said any repair would eliminate all the information. So I lose all my fone nos., connections etc. No point in repair.
Summary: My husband's old Nokia was dying. Battery life non-existent and poor voice quality. He didn't want a smartphone so I bought this model. It does what he wants and makes and receives calls and messages. It does a lot of other things too, but he's not interested in that. It's reliable and a nice size to fit into a pocket.
Summary: If you're after a phone that is durable, basic, and you like nokia then this is the one. I had seen reviews that the battery only lasted 2 days.Well,I charged mine for the first time on Friday night, never turned it off at all,and it went flat the following thursday night after average use. A no fuss camera, standard nokia menu.It was basically what I wanted and I expected for around £54. Improvements? Well, the keypad is a bit spongy and the charger is a bit lightweight.
Summary: Replaces a Nokia 3110 Classic which literally fell to pieces, after only 2 years. Was not being rough with it at all. Compact design, a little top heavy when you hold it, good large screen. Keypad OK.Keys are flush with each other and have no actual gap between them, so less room for debris to accumulate.Camera lens near the top is for a 2MP camera.Has bluetooth, mp3 player and a natty FM RDS radio. Also has a decent volume level and sounds excellent on headphones.Shame...
