Excerpt: I started to have problems with my previous cell phone so I decided to purchase this Nokia. I wanted to purchase a very cheap phone because I didn’t want to spend much money. I believe that this was a great buy.
Summary: This phone is one of my best phones, from Nokia. I had a phone like this before, it had good volume level, which made me look for another one like it when I needed another cell phone. This purchased phone had a low volume in its hearing, ringing and audio settings. I could barely hear the callers, especially in public places. I think it has something to do with either the phone's battery or a hardware than a software in the phone, relating to these 2 features.
Summary: Small compact, good for basic calls & text. I bought it because I only use it once every 1 or 2 years. However one problem is that I cannot find a free Unlock code. If you buy a locked version you will have to find a pay service to unlock it. I would like to have the ability to switch to any service with an unlocked phone. Seems this type of BB5 or DCT4 Plus phone cannot be unlocked by any free service. Currently it only can be used with T-mobile.
Summary: I'm currently using this phone under the $29.99 (talk-text) Family Mobile plan at Walmart. It doesn't get on the internet, but that's fine by me, because my plan doesn't allow it. The good: It makes calls and you can text on it. PLUS, it has a flashlight feature, which I think is neat. Also, you can create your own ringtones (plus, the pre-set ringtones aren't bad!) The bad: There's no way to turn the ear piece/speaker phone volume up or down.
