Summary: BAD: - Drops calls every time you change towers, which makes it utterly useless on the road. - Drops calls if you're going for a walk - Occasionally loses network signal when stationary for 30 seconds at a time - Occasionally resets GOOD: - Battery life - LED flashlight
Summary: As mentioned by other reviewers, this phone is a very basic phone, without an OK button in the middle of the 4 side toggle. But this phone has a serious bug (at least when used with T-Mobile): it can't accept picture messages; worse, when it gets a picture message, it will not display the originating phone number that sent the picture message; instead it will display an error code (like 202, 208, etc.).
Summary: Phone arrived early which was good. Package looked new and sealed but the SIM card was already activated and could not be used at all. Called T-Mobile to see if they can help me find a solution to this already activated SIM Card? After fourty five minutes on hold with a T-Mobile rep and explaining the details of the online purchase, the rep will send me a new SIM card for this phone. You are better off going to an actual T-Mobile store location than ordering it online.
Summary: I purchased this for my husband since his older cell phone just stopped working. He just needed this as a spare to call the family because we have a family plan. He has a smart phone that he uses for business. He complained all the time about the phone not getting reception, calls dropped all the time or just could not make calls. He ended up just pulling a much older spare phone I forgot from the garage and it worked better than this one ever did.
