Excerpt: I recommend if you want to use simple Mobile or Want to have a backup phone than this phone is for you. Best Ever, I had it for about a year and half, and it was perfect. Actually i want it to use because i kind a use to it now. For SMS typing its perfect with smooth and soft buttons which won't worn-out as other phones.
Pros: I don't see any other mobile as perfect as this one.
Cons: They should put camera of about 1MegaPixel or 1.5, that would have make it my permanent use-phone (For Life)
Excerpt: It does what it says, great call and sms. Awesome battery life, i think it could last a week or more, as i just got this phone recently. but note that i've saw some review stating that the early batch of the phone which came with the frimware version 6.30 or those pre v6.65 version are having auto restart problem and auto activation of loundspeaker during call (press *#0000# to check), but as stated you can updated to the latest firmware by going to the nearest Nokia...
Pros: Battery Life, Good reception, Practical Design
Excerpt: I have bought this phone for basic calls and messaging. The Design is the worst, not very sleek, looks very bulky for a phone that does nothing much, the back panel cover is not seated properly [when I am on call, there is this squeaky sound it makes when holding it, very irritating], there is no proper grip to hold the phone [it keeps slipping], the graphics is horrible [some Indian designer must have done it, because these phones are being manufactured in India...
Cons: Bulky, No Grip, No support for WAP/BT/USB, No good games
Phone great but came with German instructions and two-pin charger
M. Gray, Amazon
27 April 2014
Summary: The phone arrived very promptly and is great, especially the dual SIM feature. Battery life appears very good. However, the paper instructions are in German (although the phone menu is all in English) and it has a two-pin charger that needs an adaptor for the UK. I have re-checked the product description and this is not mentioned.
Summary: Great phone, battery lasts for ages (about a week), clear calls and the dual sim facility works well. I use it on poor Indonesian networks and its much better than expensive smartphones for call quality and texts.
Summary: Really? Yes!! I charge it once a week - talk time and standby times are insane!! My friend's HTC One is permanently tethered to a usb charger cable. It is incredibly hardy - it gets rough treatment - thrown, sat on, run over - and treats each disaster with equanimity. The HTC One has a large crack down the centre and my friend is depressed about his.
Summary: As expected from Nokia, also the 101 model cell phone is great value for the money, this is a perfect choice for a simple dual SIM handset with excellent build quality and convenient size, I recommend it for its product qualities and for the ease of use.
Summary: I am multi lingual and bought this phone as I travel a lot. No Spanish or French or Dutch or German or Portugese in general settings. I can't return it as I am abroad now and only just discovered this. The predictive texting has to be switched off as despite choosing Spanish in message area, it does not work at all. Laborious. Ditto with other languages. Only one sim can be active at a time, so you miss calls to the other.
