Summary: I got this phone from the Best Buy on Camelback in Phoenix. The staff there was helpful, but this phone doesn't live up to... well, any standard or claim whatsoever. It's so terrible, where to begin?! Let's start with reception. There is none. Other people with sprint in the same place will have a perfect connection, but not my phone. It drops calls and has terrible quality.
Summary: After doing considerable research for an android containing all the features I wanted: GPS, QUERTY, email, etc., and at a reasonable price, the Motorola XPRT theoretically sounded like an exact fit for my needs. So I purchased one after my last phone broke. It turns out, this Motorola XPRT was defective right out of the box. So what does Motorola do to make it right? They have me send it in for repair instead of replacing it, leaving me phoneless for 6 weeks.
Summary: Since having the phone it has locked up several times, shut down goes into the black screen of death and in order to unlock it you need to reset the battery. The phone was sent back to Motorola for repair and behold the same problems continues to occur. A good phone but poor operating system.
