Summary: I got this phone from the Best Buy on Camelback in Phoenix. The staff there was helpful, but this phone doesn't live up to... well, any standard or claim whatsoever. It's so terrible, where to begin?! Let's start with reception. There is none.
Summary: After doing considerable research for an android containing all the features I wanted: GPS, QUERTY, email, etc., and at a reasonable price, the Motorola XPRT theoretically sounded like an exact fit for my needs. So I purchased one after my last phone broke.
Summary: Since having the phone it has locked up several times, shut down goes into the black screen of death and in order to unlock it you need to reset the battery. The phone was sent back to Motorola for repair and behold the same problems continues to occur. A good phone but poor operating system.
Summary: I ordered this phone put my sim card in and it wouldn't work. Tried to return it and the seller accused me of being a theif and was suspicious of why I wanted to return it and told me that I could resale the item myself and they didn't wanna give me a refund.
Summary: I got this phone when I accidentally broke my last one that was an HTC Windows phone, it was free with renewed contract and had the QWERTY keyboard (I don't like the touch screen keyboards), so I went ahead and got it. I wish I had stuck with HTC and the Windows Mobile OS.
