Would not work with Consumer Cellular - Not 3G capable

Summary: This phone would not work for me when I contacted Consumer Cellular. It did not have 3G capability I was told. I returned this phone. The amazon site was misleading. It showed the phone and all the accessories that come with it. There were no accessories Just the phone and wall charger.
Summary: It's a nice phone over all. The features are great, except for the battery which has to be charged every other day at best. I have the Blue Tooth disabled thinking that would help, but the battery still dies rapidly.

Summary: If you have noise around you, such as in a casino, you cannot hear the incoming call sound if the phone is in your pocket. To hear the call in a noisy area, you must have it in your hand and up near your ears.
Summary: After receiving this phone, I realized I couldn't use it with my SIM card. I tried to return it, but got no response either time I emailed the seller. It was a nice little phone, but I really have no use for it.
Summary: While shopping for a case, I found these reviews. I want to counter the negative reports. My wife and I each have had these phones for over a year, with no problems or complaints whatsoever. They came free with our Consumer Cellular accounts.
Summary: This phone has a basic design flaw. The volume controls are on the side of the phone, meaning if you keep the phone in your pocket (as I do), you are liable to inadvertently lower the ring volume every time you grasp it. This has caused me to miss a number of calls.
Summary: This phone has many nice features however if you can't see the menu or home screen to use it what good are they? Many complaints of the home screen going blank (all white) after coming out of power save mode. You cannot fix it.
Summary: Nothing in the product description indicated that this phone was exclusively programmed to work ONLY with Consumer Cellular network. I am sending it back, and will see if there is any delay in getting my account credited.
