Summary: Love the phone, would have been happier if the phone certificates were current can't download BackUp Assistant and now have to pay Verizon for trying to get the damn thing to work. Customer service said to go to the store and guess what They don't know what customer service is talking about. remarks on the internet indicate this is a common problem that they don't seem inclined to fix.
Excerpt: I bought this phone because I had little to no options. I was going to upgrade to a berrer phone from Verizon, but all the other phones required a data pack (which I wasn't willing to pay $30 for). So, I think this is a good phone, for making calls. For texting and all that other good stuff not so much. It freezes quite a lot. When using the 1.3 megapixel camera, which is standard for these types of phones, then you'll be sure to encounter freezing.
Excerpt: I have to admit that the phone is pretty user friendlily as far as the menu options go. It seems to withstand normal wear & tear well & I love the alarm options. The only real complaint I have with this phone is when I try to text with it... I don't consider myself super fast texting or anything, but this phone is ridiculously slow. I text one word or sentence and.. wait for it... wait for it... Okay continue now.
Excerpt: Have had this phone for a few years. Overall works very well. But it's very basic... don't look for any major perks with it. Not for gamers or for texters. But if all you want is a phone, you're good to go! Bad part is the battery doesn't have a long life... so either get an extended battery or make sure you have a charger with you at all times.
Excerpt: I have been using the W755 for about 6 months. It is functional but could be better. The camera is 1.3 MP - with movie capability. Built in MP3 player. Has a slot for microSD memory card for more storage. Bluetooth capable and voice recognition are quite nice when in the car. Comes with limited pictures and ringtones - no games or music. Functional but will upgrade when eligible!!
Excerpt: I love the phone if it wold only hold a charge. If you text for any lenght of time you need to charge it, sometimes I have to charge the phone 3 times in one day and I am not a heavy texter. The features are great and easy to use and the camera takes very good pictures.
Excerpt: I've had this phone for about a year now. Its a pretty decent phone for what it is but if i had the chance to get a new phone, i would. It gets VERY boring VERY fast. Im not sure if its the phone or my network but my incoming and outgoing texts can get delayed up to 20 minutes!! Sometimes I don't even receive them!! The camera is ok but it can get fuzzy and has poor sound quality.

Excerpt: I like the motorola moto w755 it is easy to understand. The set up is even easy enough for my husband to figure out with out the aid of our daughters. One feature i wish it had was a speaker phone icon on the keyboard. Other than that i like my cell phone.
Excerpt: This phone is very nice looking on the outside. It is mostly easy to use, but after just a few months it will run very slowly. After I would press a button, the screen would not advance for a few seconds. When texting, the letters would take a long time to show up, which made texting difficult because of it having several letters on one key, so I had to fix a lot of words. Menus and pictures would take a while to load. The picture quality was average.
Excerpt: The Motorola MOTO™ W755, is what i feel is is the type of cell phone you would want if you just wanted a cell phone that was easy to use and did not have all those hundred's of features that are almost never used like some phones have. This phone is also good for basic music lovers because this has a built in, touch screen mp3 player. You can create play lists, organize your music, and you can buy song strait from the phone.
