Description is misleading as is talking to the seller.

Summary: I called the seller before purchasing the phone. I asked specific questions knowing that the phones have been discontinued for over 3 years. I asked the seller if the phone was actually New in the original box with a manual and original charger and battery or if the phone was a rebuilt one.
Excerpt: This good little flip phone offers a variety of basic features, it's build quality is nice and has a very nice main and outside display, if all you need in a phone is basic calling and text this phone does that very well, the call quality is loud and a little grainy at times but still get's the job...
Summary: The phone is in great physical condition and I like it. the only issue I am having is taking pictures. It would have been nice to have the instruction book but it is close to my last phone so I am able to program it.
Summary: The camera does not work well....my pic's can not be navigated through...does not have Motorola & Verizon icon/logo on the inside...I was rather disappointed with this purchase...the camera is the biggest issue...does not work....pic's are dark...BASICALLY USELESS!
Summary: I wanted to replace a phone that was no longer available at Verizon. I found this one. It does not hold a charge for more than 2 hours. I have replaced the battery a couple of times. I am still using it but not happy about it.
Summary: It did appear to be "new" except their was a piece broken off of the side, that was never mentioned in the description. The piece missing is the one that covers the plug-in port. I don't know how this will effect its longevity or durability.
