Supposably New and not Refurbished w755 Phone

nita, Amazon
4 April 2013
  • Summary: I wanted to replace a phone that was no longer available at Verizon. I found this one. It does not hold a charge for more than 2 hours. I have replaced the battery a couple of times. I am still using it but not happy about it.

A Little Disappointed...

P3, Amazon
17 March 2013
  • Summary: It did appear to be "new" except their was a piece broken off of the side, that was never mentioned in the description. The piece missing is the one that covers the plug-in port. I don't know how this will effect its longevity or durability. Also the hinge seems rather flimsy & the phone had the last owner's family photos still in it!! Which could still mean it "appears to be be new", but actually wasn't!

Unhappy customer

blindt45, Ebay
14 September 2012
  • Summary: Love the phone, would have been happier if the phone certificates were current can't download BackUp Assistant and now have to pay Verizon for trying to get the damn thing to work. Customer service said to go to the store and guess what They don't know what customer service is talking about. remarks on the internet indicate this is a common problem that they don't seem inclined to fix.

Motorola MOTO is just okay

alex1121, Viewpoints

  • Excerpt: I bought this phone because I had little to no options. I was going to upgrade to a berrer phone from Verizon, but all the other phones required a data pack (which I wasn't willing to pay $30 for). So, I think this is a good phone, for making calls. For texting and all that other good stuff not so much. It freezes quite a lot. When using the 1.3 megapixel camera, which is standard for these types of phones, then you'll be sure to encounter freezing.

Okay, but not great.

CrystalStar, Viewpoints

  • Excerpt: I have to admit that the phone is pretty user friendlily as far as the menu options go. It seems to withstand normal wear & tear well & I love the alarm options. The only real complaint I have with this phone is when I try to text with it... I don't consider myself super fast texting or anything, but this phone is ridiculously slow. I text one word or sentence and.. wait for it... wait for it... Okay continue now.

Good Basic Phone

Darkmstf, Viewpoints
9 September 2012
  • Excerpt: Have had this phone for a few years.  Overall works very well.  But it's very basic... don't look for any major perks with it.  Not for gamers or for texters.  But if all you want is a phone, you're good to go!  Bad part is the battery doesn't have a long life... so either get an extended battery or make sure you have a charger with you at all times.
