Excerpt: We recently switched to Verizon and this is my third replacement phone under warranty. The cell phone calling quality is not good and am still struggling with phone issues. Garbled and missed words. I will be calling them again. I would not refer this phone to anyone who is looking for a new phone.
Excerpt: Since I received this phone free from verizon, I have had several problems with it. While logged online, this phone has repeatedly shut down and locked itself. The battery does not have a very long life to it. I have charged it fully only to receive a phone call that lasts for approximately 10-15 minutes and the low battery alert will start flashing. Also the battery cover does not latch completely.
Summary: I like Motorola, it is usually a quality product. I love the color because everyone thinks it belongs to my Granddaughter. The very big dislike is the battery. I have to charge it every day even if I only used it once. My other cell phone was an LG and the charge usually lasted a week. My husband travels for his job and this is our main means of communicating. The below average is because of the battery.
Pros: Reception is as good or better than any phone I've used. Battery life is excellent. Keypad is tactile and numbers are very easy to see; numbers can be dialed without looking at the phone.
Cons: Requires 3rd party software, voice command does not work, Display broke, No documentation. Advertized features are not available without added expense. Default menu is backward. Too many features & too difficult to use.
Summary: The phone was ok in appearance, but when I tried to activate it, it would not load any information. I haven't purchased too much on ebay that has been DOA, however this is one time that I was not happy with what is usually a good experience.
Pros: Has good reception, good voice quality, compact size, easy to use, bluetooh capable, easy to add new contacts, bright display, keys are big enough to dial with.
Cons: Buttons on side activate when I bend over and voice from phone keeps repeating say command. Speaker phone is very poor quality and the microphone for this option is terrible. Rubber case damages easily. Back falls off phone.
Excerpt: My dad has this phone, and loves it, and I love it as well. I would've gotten it, if only I didn't want a QWERTY keyboard. It's easy to dial on and text on as well, and my dad has dropped it numerous times, once cracking the front display and getting a replacement, and he currently has a crack in the front display, but it's not big so he isn't getting a replacement (his contract is almost up).
Excerpt: This is my first phone... I got it about 20 months ago and I loved it just because it was my first phone. It gets really boring. Camera sucks.... I had a problem with the texting being slow to but i brought to the verizon store and they updated the software for free and that fixed it. Also... on mine after a while if i took a picture sometimes it will freeze when i take a pic and then it will restart. When it is back on i will not have the picture.
Pros: It worked (sort of). We had a few cases where one of the phones wouldn't receive a call from the other, even if we were in the same room with 3 or 4 bars of "service". Verizon said it was a network issue but never fixed it.
Cons: Had to re-charge the phone (we didn't use it much) about every 2 days.
