Summary: I got this phone from our local phone company my sophomore year of high school. I'm now a sophomore in college and it's finally showing it's age. So I'd say it's lasted a good four years or so. The only cracks in the keypad that developed were on the cross-pad, which is to be expected. I lost the back and replaced it with tape, and it still worked quite well.
Summary: good afternoon, did buy wares on your own and friends for fishing and rest in-field and at the river, why-?---minimum cost, comfortable form and size, simple in the use, if will miss out in water or broke up - not very much expensive loss,,,
Summary: I have been using one of these older style flip phones for a few years now. I wasn't ready for a Smart Phone and didn't want to sign a 2 year contract to get a new phone through my carrier so I purchased this one. Motorola makes a great phone and if you need a standard phone this one will fulfill your needs. They are available on Ebay at really reasonable prices too. You can't go wrong. Just plug in your active SIM card, charge the battery, and you're talking.
Summary: Overall, a good phone. Be advised, if you have ATT you cannot download ringtones from their website. I think I read a few forums how to flash your phone, but I didn't want to bother. I wouldn't use the phone as my everyday phone, but I bought it for a back up to my iPhone if something were to ever happen to it---that is how I view this phone as backup worthy to a smart phone.
Summary: This is an excellent phone for those who don't want or feel like they need a smartphone. It charges quickly, the digital music player is great and there is a long talk time. You can even use a transflash card to add more memory. i love this phone.
