Summary: the Motorola W260g tracfone is an older model but does what I want it to do - make and receive calls. btw battery life is unbelievable. good signals and very good audio reports. do NOT need or want a smartphone - had one. I like it.
Summary: You probably don't want one. It's a older flip phone. You can use it to call and text, that's it. It's phone. I needed one because I dropped my old phone and broke the ribbon from the base to the display. I changed the base electronics between the phones to get going again.
Summary: The prices on Amazon are outrageous for a New Motorola w260g. This phone when it was selling in the retail stores was 29.99 and there is also a couple of people on ebay selling a new Motorola w260g for 19.99 sealed in the package right now (12/2013).
Came without a battery. Could have bought same phone WITH battery on your site. Be truthful in ur ads!

Summary: Phone itself was fine -- but came w/o battery! I could have bought one advertised WITH battery at about same price. Phone itself was fine but inoperable w/o battery. Be honest in your ad display!
Summary: About 7 years ago I purchased this very phone from Dollar General for $20. Now I see that it is going for more than double that? It has no camera, no internet access: It is a phone. Period. Texting is available but very primitive; you don't want it for text, only talk.
Excerpt: The sound quality on this phone is very good. Visuals are poor....not a sharp enough pic on the screen. The screen is very small also, much smaller than alot of other tracfones. If all you need is a basic phone for talk and text this one is good.
Pros: very clear talk and good for text.
Cons: no internet, no camera, low screen resolution
Summary: I've had this phone for over a year, and have no problems with it. It fits into the pocket of my jeans which is where I carry it along with other stuff, and it has held up well. It is simple and basic which is all I want. I keep it with me at all times except during the night when it is charging.
Excerpt: If you need a good, dependable phone for talk and SMS, this is your best bet. The phone is inexpensive and gets service in many places contract carriers phones do not. I have had this phone for about 3 years now and it has never failed me.
