Summary: Back of phone cover wouldn't stay on, good thing I had an old razor, took back off it and it worked on new phone. Doesn't seem to be an original, probably an after market. If I had thought about it before my 30 days was up I would have sent it back.
Amazing Phone and Excellent Value. Built like a tank and last just as long.

Summary: "Probably the best flip phone ever made. Hard to tell this is not a NEW phone. This sleek phone is anything but ordinary in it's design, ease of use, power, and features. The front outside screen has 3 touch buttons to access pictures, videos, music, and incoming text without opening up the phone. It also doubles as a self portrait mirror! Crystal Talk Technology The inside screen is a little bigger, and will display all your menu items.
Summary: This phone is the best phone for those that do not want all that extra technology. My husband will not us any other phone, it must be a RAZR. I really do not know why Motorola discontinued these phones. My ONLY problem is that it has a high price tag if you ask me for this type of phone. However my husband doesn't care what it cost...

Summary: You should ignore my actual ratings. I returned the phone unused for one simple reason - it did not look like the image in the ad. When it arrived I was surprised to find it was longer and narrower than I thought. In addition, the outer shell had these strange vertical holographic lines across its face that gave the phone a really ugly look.
Summary: This sleek phone is anything but ordinary in it's design, ease of use, power, and features. The front outside screen has 3 touch buttons to access pictures, videos, music, and incomming text without opening up the phone. It also doubles as a self portrait mirror! The inside screen is a little bigger, and will display all your menu items. Your large shortcut wheel can be customized to access things quickly such as text, IM, blue tooth etc.
Excerpt: I know this board is a bit old as well as my Razr2 V8, nut I have a question because I love this phone. After 2.5 years this phone Has no Life. What I'm considering is purchasing a new Razr2 V9X non carrier and placing the components into the heavier and nicer V8 case. Anyone done it? It's 50/50 by several phone repair shops I contacted the components will fit the V8 Viewing the Youtube take aparts they use the identical titles and what I've seen look identical.
Pros: Love the looks and it's all the bells and whistles I need for a everday voice flip and it reads my text and email as well as Voice dialing
Summary: The V9 and V9X are some of the best phones ever made. The reception is better than some Nokia phones. I use the ATT navigator and find it to be useful especially if you are in a friend's car and get lost. 30 seconds and turn by turn instructions are available. The phone is slim and not bulky at all, you will notice it has some weight to it. It is sturdy and the flip hinge is very tolerant.
Summary: These phones were thin, elegant, and powerful. My wife is not very technically inclined, and all she wants her phone to do is work when she calls me. With the large LCD screens, big numbers, and ear blasting speakerphone, this is the best of the few remaining flip phones on the market. I have 4 of them, and I'm looking for a few more as spares! These phones marked the end of a golden time in cellphone technology.
