Summary: An oldie but a goodie. If you use your phone alot as a PHONE, especially at a rough job or harsh environment or you are an active rough type of person, this is a great choice. Being waterproof and shock resistant this is a great tough phone. Flip it open and talk, flip it closed and stow it. Much simpler than finding graphic buttons on a smartphone and if you do break it or lose it, it's cheap and easy to replace.
Summary: I am happy with this phone. This is my second Barrage, old one lasted 3.5 years. This one is the non-camera. The first one I purchased from a Verizon store cost me $125.00 so to get this one for $20.00 seemed like a bargain. I did note that the back cover didn't fit all that well, was a little gap. So I just used the cover off my old phone.
Summary: First of all, I am a dinosaur still using a flip phone. That is Okay. I own two small businesses and am fine with the emails but I have no desire to have them following me everywhere I go. With that, this phone is the cat's meow for me. It receives calls, sends calls and updates the contacts I put into it. Text messages work good but I send so few it is not an issue for me.
Summary: best hard core phone rained on,wet, dropped and ran over twice. Last time worked by inside screen lost but still worked. Great phone picked up a used like new phone on ebay and a new case. Hope this phone last as long as last phone used in bad weather and rough conditions.
Barrage v860 is still tops on my list, Awesome for the money.

Summary: Mil-Spec flip phone. Water, dust, shock resistant. This is a flip phone, compact and fits in top pocket if needed. Easy to use and IMHO, one of the best phones you can get. Signals come in stronger than my buddies fancy new mini tablet type (smart phone) phone, both verizon. Also has PTT options, GPS, Web (kinda hard to search without 'key board' it's why the 4 stars), Media player, camera if camera phone acquired.
It isn't a smart phone, but it is perfect for me, in more ways than one.

Summary: This is a back up for the one I carry now. For me, it's perfect but it may not be for everyone. It isn't a smart phone but it does exactly what I want, perfectly. It is heavy and large but that it OK, it is darn near bulletproof. I take it on bike rides, hiking, in the rain, wear it while working in the yard or wherever. Bottom line: I don't have to worry about breaking it. It is military grade.
Summary: This replaces an older, broken phone (phone stopped charging because of a bad, non-replaceable charging port) of the same model. The older one had a camera which I never used, so this is a moot point. I rarely text and I don't need a QWERTY keyboard. This is my "Gibbs" phone (If you watch NCIS, you will understand.) I do a lot of outdoors activities and get caught in the rain, ride bikes on bumpy roads, drop my phone, etc. This is perfect for me, but not for everyone.
Summary: clear sound and ease to use battery life is 6 hours during use and about 8 days in stand by mode.is a simple phone with many features. it is a well made phone. I wish it had an owners manual for all the features on this phone, you can down load manual from Motorola site it has over one hundred pages. I still prefer a owners manual because you need it to set up and learn all the features.
