I have owned this phone for 4 years and it has been the best cheap phone!

  • Summary: Old technology rarely passes the stress of time. This Motorola V66 works great for sleek and smooth phone device. The buttons are adequately small if thats what youre looking for. The screen is two color black and white. This phone has all the basic features you can require of a phone: caller-id, phone book, calculator, multiple ring-tones, and flip! Using it as a flashlight works in extreme situations but not nearly as good as a real flashlight!

  • Summary: I love this phone it was my first phone EVER. It was plain and cute small never caused me any problems so I decided to go back to it! I love the old school phones, cuz phones now a days are just TOO MUCH "technology" crap. I had a blackberry bold 9700 and it got messed up . so i rather have this cute lil thing with me its cheap and works great!

For the money

  • Summary: Hi, I bought the motorola v 66 cell phone. It is a very basic phone. I needed a spare because my cell phone went out on me. I bought this and I did not care about the color screen or bluetooth, or touch pad etc. I have bought motorola in the past and they are good cell phones. If you are looking for a cheaply priced cell phone this is it. Here is a freebie if you get the phone. I could not find where the sim card goes.

Good spare telephone

  • Summary: At first I thought it didn't come with a sim card slot, and was useless, but I called T-mobile, and they said it was on the top of the phone, under the "M" logo. That was pretty cool. It's a good spare phone, and now that it is aged, it was a great price. Very small, not good for someone with larger hands. No alarm clock or camera, so forget about that too. I wouldn't recommend it in comparison to today's technology, but if you are on a budget, as I am, it is just fine.

Motorola V66 small slim and cheap phone

detectivesargentinos, Ebay
16 February 2010
  • Summary: t first glance, the small size of the Motorola V66 phone is appealing, as are many of its features, such as a voice recorder and high-speed wireless data-access capabilities. But after spending a few days with it, anyone with even moderately sized fingers will quickly tire of having to stop everything they're doing in order to dial a number.Measuring 3.3 by 1.7 by 0.8 inches and weighing just 2.8 ounces, the V66 is smaller than the company's popular V60 series.

Great Basic Phone

  • Summary: I like this phone, because I'm not exactly a "technology person" in that I have to have all the gizmos- I just want a PHONE, and the Motorola V66 fits this bill perfectly, simple, rugged and reliable-kind of like a Model T. If you need a phone, or getting one for a kid, I recommend this one.

Good Phone.

delosolo, Ebay
22 March 2009
  • Summary: Good phone. Got it for its unlocked Tri-band feature to use on a China trip and it worked fine. Just popped in a local sim card, change a setting, and it was good to go. Very basic but good reception. Buttons are kind of small. That's because the phone overall is kind of small, which then again makes it easy to carry. On the one that I got, some buttons didn't give that positive click but still the buttons were keyed in.
