The Motorola V220 Cell Phone is a good basic phone.

Excerpt: I was pretty happy with the Motorola V220. I used it for basic emergency and in-car calling, but I switched carriers and wanted a "texters" phone, so I've sent it for recycling now. It's not very stylish as flip phones go, but it's simple to use and small enough to fit in my pocket (as well as the cell phone pocket of my purse).
Summary: I bought the nicest Motorola V220, he had offered, and I took it with me in my vacation to Philippines, but as with a used phone, it can have problems, soon it was not receiving texts, and the camera never did take a nice picture. I remember the new one I used to have years ago, but as with used it can not compare. I ended up buying another phone to get through the rest of the vacation, they are a tuff phone, and if you would rebuild it there is none better.
Summary: It's cheap. But the battery goes dead easily even if it's fully charged. I thought it was refurbished, but it wasn't. It works and I can still use it but it has so many scratches and the item is really second-hand and had been very much used.
Summary: I love the design of this phone. Its talk quality is good and it takes some nice still photos. I never tried the video recording so cant say anything about it. However, I was disappointed that after just two weeks usage the internal speaker failed and now I can only communicate using the speaker phone which is loud allowing anyone around me to hear.
Summary: I have bought this phone because of the price to be given to first time cellphone users.Because it have tri-band you can use it in so many different countries. It is very handy and it comes with a camera.I dont like it when its getting old,the silver start coming off.
