Excerpt: I've had this phone for over three years and have to say that it was pretty high maintenance. It no longer lets me turn it on or off, so it's off the the recycling bin as not even Virgin will give me a credit on it for my next purchase. Bluetooth never worked. After about 18 months of ownership I had to break into it as the internal memory got loaded with a file that kept the phone from receiving text messages. It was a nightmare!
Pros: Visually nice, Compact, Nice material
Cons: Problem with file filling memory, Battery cover was useless, Screen was hard to see in the sun, Accessing the internet was to slow to bother, Very poor battery life
If you're debating getting it, DON'T (read this please)

Excerpt: I had gotten this handset for Christ,as '11. Now I myself know a whole lot about smartphones and have researched them for some time. Now, I feel like a complete idiot for choosing this handset. Let me just say, this phone is a cancer. The only things I can say positive about it is that it has a very nice body design, and the screen is quite nice. Now what can I say about what I don't enjoy about the phone? Dear Lord I'd be sitting here for an eternity...
Pros: Big screen, Fast enough processor, Very attractive design
Cons: Everything, BATTERY LIFE, Data speeds, Again, everything.
Summary: This phone has too many glitches for the price paid for it. It has restarted right in the middle of me using it for no apparent reason. Then when it starts again internet connectivity is lost and you have to power it off, remove the battery, power it on and hope connectivity is restored. No matter if I am using downloaded apps or pre-installed apps this problem occurs.
Excerpt: It's not bad at first, but it has terrible reception. The battery life sucks. The front camera i horrible too. You don't get all your calls and messages. It starts messing up not long after having it.
