Best Sprint phone with a slide out keyboard and SIM Card slot
17 February 2014
Summary: My favorite phone. It has a slide out keyboard which makes writing texts and use of the internet very easy. A shame Motorola does no longer make this model or any model with a slide out keyboard. I had to buy this phone on eBay as my original Sprint phone broke within weeks of purchase. I I had to send it in to Motorola for repair. They couldn't repair it and send a Moto X as replacement. A good deal but I need my keyboard. Phone also has a slot for a European Sim Card.
very good phone: fast, good features, good build quality.

Summary: I think I got this phone for a fair price, the full qwerty keyboard feels very responsive and easy to use. The only downside I can see is that you cannot take the battery out very easily if you need to do a forced shutdown or repairs on it.
excelent phone if you are looking for a good cheap phone, stop looking

Summary: It's kind of huge, but it's the best keyboarded smartphone on Sprint, and well worthy of our Editors' The Motorola Admiral was pretty good, but the BlackBerry-style keyboard and push-to-talk capabilities weren't for everyone. And the Samsung Epic 4G paired a top-notch smartphone with a big, comfortable keyboard, but that was more than two years ago. Enter the Motorola Photon Q 4G LTE.
Great Phone, Great Software that works with the phone!

Summary: The truth is there are a lot of reviews from 2011 that are simply outdated. Since the updates on the phone I find that it takes as good if not better pictures then my Samsung Galaxy SII, connects faster every single time to networks and GPS then my Samsung SII and seems to have far less issues on updates then the SII - which seems to have software that runs too slow for that particular phone.
