Summary: It works in Nicaragua (Claro and Movistar). I just insert the sim card in the phone and was ready to call. The software is Android 2.3.5 The phone comes with handset, USB cable, charger and battery (removable). The sound in the call is very clear (low and medium volume). Fix in your hand and have a good weight. Very well design. CONS: You need a memory card to use the camera and play your music. It just have 850mb to apps.

Summary: Some problems I've had with this phone: sometimes the sound is irregular that you can't understand well; poor response when you touch the icons and sometimes Its remains unresponsives; some calls remains open when I touch to finish them, finally a common difficulty appears when I'm using the louspeaker and the screen is off, there's no manner to turn it on to do something on the present call but ending the call in the upper buttom.
Summary: I got this phone as a gift for a friend and they have told me that they are really pleased with the phone. Everything works great. They said the camera takes great pics along with the video. The phone was unlocked and ready to use. My friend lives in Tijuana and just slipped in his chip and the phone worked with no problem. He uses Telcel. The wifi is quick and gets good reception.
Summary: Nice phone for overseas market. Does not play well with Consumer Cellular. Can't get 3g connection. Phone and simple text work fine. Virtually no accessories available without going to China. Motorola USA does not even list it on their product or support sites. You will be on your on.

Summary: Have only had the phone for a few days. It did not come with a SD card. I thought that was unusual and there aren't a wide variety of cases for this model. However, so far it appears to function as described.
