Summary: Product was NOT new. The box was NOT sealed. The screen protect was NOT on properly. The phone was defective. The back casing was defective. NOT a new in box. Poor battery life compared to my original moto x. Seems like a bad refurb trying to pass off as a new in box. False. Awaiting a refund to by elsewhere.
Summary: Terrible experience, the phone got factory reset while I was watching a movie at the theater, this is like science-fiction, what's the use of a dedicated voice control processor if you can't use it. If you miss the pin 10 time (which would happen if you have the voice control enable, which is one of the landmarks of this phone) it wipes your phone, without any chance of recovery of previous files (unbelievable), nicely done.
Stay away from the Verizon model (XT1060) for use outside of the USA.

Summary: Do not purchase this model (XT1060 Verizon) for use outside of the United States. It is better to get the T-Mobile version or an unlocked AT&T model. The Verizon model has a lot of issues recognizing GSM SIM cards from outside the US and in some instances the CDMA feature of this particular model interferes with the phone's performance on GSM networks.
WARNING: Tailwind International NOT UNLOCKED AND NO WARRANTY

Summary: Tailwind International was the seller. After checking with Motorola agent, this phone is almost a year old (ship date). Motorola will NOT honor the warranty (It expires in a few months) unless there is a machine # on the receipt (which is not on an Amazon receipt) The phone itself is AT&T locked (insignia in the back and slight bloatware).
