Summary: I decided to buy this phone because I was tired of my HTC Hero and This was the best phone I've ever owned from Sprint... Upon receiving the phone I was very excited! After a day, the phone would not charge. The charger that was sent to me with the phone would not work and the chargers I had on hand would not work. It was then I decided to return it, but my grandmother thought she might want it to I kept it a few more days.
I haven't had the best luck getting this unit to work !

Summary: I bought it out of necessity. I have been diagnosed with cancer of the tongue and am about to have surgery which will remove at least 50% of my tongue, all my teeth and all the limp nodes in my throat. I will have a tube out of my throat to breath and a tube down my nose to my stomach to receive nourishment so I'm not going to be talking for awhile.
Summary: I QUIT USING THE PHONE...you can't set the ringer and vibration to work together....It won't do picture mail. It will only send pics through E-Mail. When using Sprint TV it was broken up and choppy. I was real dissappointed with the phone. It wouldn't automatically download my contacts. I purchased a couple of ringers from Sprint...Both were not compatible with the MOTO Q9c.
Summary: This phone has been abused not your normal wear and tear, it has a hugechip on the corner of the phone and many scratches. This phone does not turn on, relating to when it says it is fully operational which is aparently not true. It also will not charge. The description should be more percise. This was not worth my money AT ALLL.
Summary: This phone does have a lot of features. The big screen is nice, and the texting is easier. But if you like to send picture mail you can forget it. That is one feature it doesn't have. You can recieve it but can not send it. And the battery doesn't last long. And sprint no longer sells this phone, they said because of all the problems they have been having with it. And you can not find any assories for it either, so I do not recommend this phone.
Excerpt: I've had about 4 of these devices. The software SUCKS. I had both the Windows Mobile 6.0 and 6.1 version of this phone and they still suck. The call quality and reception is terrible. I constantly dropped calls with this device. I had it replaced 4 times before I decided to get a Blackberry Curve.
Excerpt: I bought this phone for Christmas 07. I chose the Q because of it's features (3G, GPS, qwerty, big screen). I am extremely disappointed. I will not buy another Windows device, and I am very discouraged with Moto. Finding support and help with the MANY problems I have encountered has proven to be a nightmare. AT&T and Motorola only know how to sell new equipment. AT&T support people are unempowered, untrained, unconcerned, stupid or all of the above.
