Summary: "I purchased this phone and within days of getting ity I had problems. The Pic messaging did not work or other internet options and the phone did not hold a charge. The phone is listed as brand new but when i opened up the back, you could clearly see that the battery was old and used explaining why it did not hold charge.
Summary: I started using this phone when mine broke on me... This phone litterally only worked one day then froze up and never worked again. Tried popping the battery, turning it off, charging it up more...NOTHING worked.
Summary: I have owned 6 of Moto Q for cricket and every one has had problems. It may because they are flashed phones but these constantly freezes up and problems with call registering in the call log and other problems that has steered me far away from this phone. Im sure for another service such as sprint, this would be a good phone to have. But please do not was your time with the cricket version...
Excerpt: My company sent this phone to all of the reps in my region. The carrier is AT&T. Each of us is now on our second one, and still having the same issues. As for the smartphone functions, the e-mail seems to work fine. Web access is very slow, but this may just be the way it is. Size of keys is fine but I would like to see the numbers in a distinctly different color like the Blackberry Curve. Battery life is poor.
Excerpt: I have had the Moto Q for about 2 months now as I acquired it because of many problems with the Motorola Razr 2 V9. I would not recommend this phone to anyone. Although, there are a few good things about the phone; however, there are too many problems that will not be solved. For now, I am stuck with this piece of junk until I am able to upgrade next year. I expected more, but got less.
Conclusion: es que no vuelvo a meterme en estos problemas de comprar un producto que nadie me de solucion, estoy muy modelosto por eso.

Cons: cuando compre el cel pense que ya estaba listo para usarse y nada que no estaba activado, fui a UNEFON de mi localidad y me dijeron que no podian activarlo porque ese era derecho del vendedor y me dijeron que lo tenia que haber mandado ya listo y hasta la fecha ni el vendedor ni la empresa UNEFON me han dfado solucion, le mande pedir datos para regresarlo para que me lo activara y hasta la fecha nada.
