Can be used with TracFone.

Adam J. Groesbeck, Amazon

  • Summary: Purchased from Joycells: For use with Tracfone BYOD program. MEIN number wouldn't work online, spoke with tech until I realized they didn't have a clue. Supervisor was finally able to connect phone. The phone itself came in factory packaging. Had superficial scratches. My son didn't want to give up his iPhone 5S but is warming up to the Moto G. While working with the techs over the phone I thought the menus were more user friendly than the Apple products we use.

Walks like a brick, quacks like a brick

  • Summary: Moto G phone could not connect to the Verizon network using the native phone setup wizard. Verizon tech support was unable to activate this phone as the phone had NO APPS INSTALLED including dialer. Software reset proved fruitless. This product was supposed to be new, but it is in fact a brick. Soles, etc. is permitting a return of the item...at my expense...but no word as to whether my money will actually be refunded.

Moto G 4G - "Inexpensive" does not equal "cheap"; great value Android phone hampered only by RAM

  • Summary: I have used the Moto G 4G model for 4 months after switching from an HTC One M7 (2013). The last three smartphones I used had some issues that have left me unable to fully enjoy using them. Whether it was aging and slowing hardware (iPhone 3G), lack of software updates and developer support (One X+), or an underwhelming battery life (One M7), I was never entirely comfortable with any one smartphone.

Great phone, would buy again.

  • Summary: Awesome phone for the price. It may not have all the tricks as newer phones on the market, but it is "snappy" with the user activity and perfect for those want a smart phone to run some apps but don't use their phone to replace their computer. The 8GB may be enough for some people... but can't be upgraded. The battery life is similar to other smart phones (1-2 days with normal use before a new charge).

  • Summary: An excellent phone. The one I ordered did not work for Tracfone so had to return it one but I did find another one from ebay that works great with Tracfone. If it works with your provider it really is an excellent phone.
