Cons: The return policy from New Egg for phones is very confusing and is written to dissuade unlocked phone returns. The camera on the phone was non working on arrival (DOA) and the hoops you need to go through to return it are unnecessary and unacceptable. The O.S. is old with out a proper upgrade available.
Summary: You can't buy a worse phone AT&T loads it with so much software that you can't delete. It takes up all the memory. You can't even open a pic from a text. I would give this phone a minus 5 stars the biggest waste of money I have ever spent.
Summary: Phone did not come with SD card. I purchased one separately at an additional cost to me. Some functions have been problematical. (recieving pictures attached to texts, for one) The manual that came with my phone was for some phone not even resembling my model. Overall not very pleased, but, I intend to keep working with it.
Summary: Great "price point" for the features offered---however, the instructions were not as "basic" as I needed. For instance, I could not answer a call for 1 week; always had to push "return", after I fumbled to find a button. Calls requiring you to make multiple choices I have yetto figure-out. At least I can now I can answer the phone and get "dialer". Not for someone as tech-unsaavy as myself---but I'm keeping it---hope my learning curve is not "forever".
Summary: Bought this phone for the keypad aspect of the phone but touchtone turned out to be faster than the keypad :). Phone does suggest words when your typing but the suggestions are slow. Overall I like the phone since it is reasonably priced and had all the features I needed to use.
