Excerpt: The Motorola SLVR is a neat looking phone. It is descended from the highly succesful Motorola RAZR, so it has a good pedigree. But, the looks is where the similarities end. Not if, but when you drop the phone, the resulting fall will scar the phone for life. It will have too many scratches to count. The only way to cover it up is to purchase a "holster" for the phone. Nevertheless, it does what any phone should, send and recieve calls, txt, pics, and vids.
Excerpt: The Motorola SLVR Cellphone isn't a bad little cell phone. Its easy to use and has a sleek design. The only problem I have with it is that we have barely had it a year and already the battery has to be charged daily. If I forget to charge it overnight it is sure to go dead the next day and I don't make alot of calls on it each day.
Excerpt: At first I loved my phone, but then I noticed that the ringer wasn't as loud as I would like therefore the music I was going to be listening to once I downloaded wasn't as loud either. Then I also noticed that when I got txts with sound I could never hear the sound. Time for a new phone.......
Excerpt: The phone is slim and cool looking, but the mp3 player feature is not that good. I like the alarm feature. It allows you to set mulitiple alarms. Integrated VGA camera with 4x zoom and videocapture and playback. Bluetooth class 2 for hand free connectivity.
Excerpt: I was so excited when I bought this phone. It was great becasue it stores mp3's. However the phone is crap. after just a few weeks it stoped working well. It doesnt let me know that I got a call untill after the fact, it takes hours to send picture messages, and the photos it takes arent even up to first gen camera phone standards. Its really wasnt worth the money spent. Was a good idea, just poorly executed.
Excerpt: there are so many types of cell phones out there it is crazy. This type I think is good for a young kids with their first cell. It has the features that it need for a teenager to keep in touch with friends and family
Excerpt: I had a motorolla sliver (until it went through the washing machine). it was a good phone as far as performance (good signal, lots of extras, nice screen size). BUT it was not easy to talk on..if you held it between your ear and shoulder it muffled what you were saying, you have to have the ear and mouth in just the right area in order to hear what the other person is saying and for them to hear what you're saying. ..
Excerpt: I loved this phone when I first got it. I started having problems with it after about 4 months - the battery or sim card would come loose and the screen would go blank. The memory card (which holds pictures and songs) reformatted itself. The keypad cover cracked. Sometimes it calls my sister-in-law on it's own (I love her, but she doesn't want to hear from me at 7am). All in all, I wish I'd gotten the RAZR.
pretty, but breaks easily, touchpad wears out really quick

Excerpt: i got my motorola slvr in the mail and in a swirl of excitement, i ripped open the packaging and started playing with my new prized posession...that was when it first came out. now, i'm not liking it so much anymore. it's very attractive, but the surface scratches VERY easily, the screen needs a protective cover.oh and also, the reception on it really stinks.
