Excerpt: I would call this phone a phone you'd want to use if you were really really desperate. And even when you are desperate, it's not very reliable at getting a signal. It's not user-friendly in the least compared to most basic phones. In the week I had to use it, I had a problem with calls cutting out, messaging, and it shutting off. At least you can drop it off a building and it'll still work right? Then again, I never tested that.
Excerpt: got to say i had this phone 1 and a half years. 2 days ago, the volume kept getting turned off, today after working with the customer service, i can't even send or receive calls: just says call failed: system busy etc etc. i had a razr for 2 years before this and it has worked great for me.. so much for its military spec features..
Cons: bad design, phone heats up, keys and features, not very manageable and what good is a dead phone!
Excerpt: At first this phone was wonderful. About 5 months after the purchase, I would be in the middle of a conversation and the phone would shut off for no reason. The battery is not very good either. It would stay charged for about 6 hrs. a day. I loved this phone at first, however in the end it was a loss!!!!!!
Excerpt: Shortversion: Stay away from Boost Mobile & Motorola!Long Version: I bought a Boost Mobile Motorola i335 less than 3 months ago. It died on me today. It was working fine when I left work. I placed it on the table and found it inoperable 3 hours later. I didn't do a thing to it! The buttons didn’t work, I had messages in the negative zone (-1 messages, for example), nor could I turn it off. I took out the battery a number of times and the SIM card too.
