Summary: I bought the phone because my phone has gotten wet. The Motorola Hint QA30 was suppose to last me until I change cell phone providers in June, but it was too sensitive to the touch. Even with the lock on the phone still dialed people all the time. I used the phone for 1 week and since my previous phone had finally dried out, I changed back to it. I do not know if the refurbishing as not done correctly but I did not like the phone.
Excerpt: This phone is horrible. The buttons are tiny and hard to push...and I don't have very big fingers. It randomly drops my calls even when I have full reception. The battery is horrible. The first one had to be returned within 3 weeks because the metal part in the charging port for the battery broke and came out so it would not charge. When I got the replacement it would randomly shut off and eventually the charging port has gone bad on it.
Summary: I knew that when I recieved the phone it wouldn't be in tip top brand new status. However they failed to say that the phones speaker was malfunctioning. Not to mention the fact that the phone tends to just up and shut off whenever it feels like it..So I miss call because either I just can't hear it or it turns itself off!
Summary: DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PERSON ..... GOT THE PHONE AND HE ALREADY HAS AN ACCOUNT USEING THE IMEI NUMBER ....WITH A BALANCE DUE ! SO I CANNT USE THE PHONE! CONTRACT HIM TO HAVE ACCOUNT CANCELLED AND HE HASNT REPLYED TO ME !
Excerpt: After my Razor died, I was so excited about the Hint. I had really enjoyed Motorola's product and I couldn't wait to get the new Hint to use the qwerty and the new upgrades. I have been sorely disappointed. I have had to return the phone 3 times with the same randomly shutting itself down and unlocking the keys issues. I received a "new" one in hopes that I had just gotten a "bad" one.
Excerpt: Okay, I got this phone on Easter. Which was 2 months ago. Keep that in mind. Two months ago. It worked great up until about three weeks ago. The first thing it did was turn off randomly when I was doing more than one thing on it. I figured it was just typical for phones when they got overloaded with tasks and what not. So I brushed it off. Then it started sending messages when I was still typing them.
