Summary: I bought this for my wife who wanted a non-smartphone and it was nothing but trouble. Text message issues, random restarts, random messages saying the secondary SIM card slot was empty, issues on the T-Mobile network, stay far away.
Summary: I've read great reviews about this phone prior to my purchase, and to my dismay it did not work well, I used this overseas, cannot even make or accept phone calls, it makes a weird noise then the phone will shut down, the only thing that works is text messaging.....so disappointed.....
Summary: After one month using this phone the screen starts freezing... and I need to reboot every time to "use". I sent an email to seller and he told me that CAN DO NOTHING about.. SO.. DO NOT BUY THIS DEVICE.... This was the answer for SELLER: "I am so sorry to hear you have had a problem with your order. Unfortunately our return policy is for 7 days from the receipt of your package and our records do show your item is no longer covered under the return period.
Summary: I was really excited about this phone. I set it up and for the life of me, could NOT find the DELETE key for correcting Text misspellings. The next day, the phone calendar had moved up an entire month or so. What's up with that? Could not get online help from Motorola for this model. I returned the phone, which I think was my first return ever to Amazon. Amazon was great at prompt refund. I really had high hopes for a phone to get me thru my contract. This wasn't it.
Summary: I had not a good experience with this phone. From time to time, the phone will stop functioning when I receive a call, the party on the other side can't hear me and the way I have found to solve the problem is reset to default settings.
Summary: Ordered this item described as "Motorola EX115 Unlocked Dual SIM Phone with 3 MP Camera, MP3 Player, Bluetooth and QWERTY Keyboard - International Warranty - Modern Pink". The item was LOCKED, and completely did not work. I tried taking it to a local store to figure things out, an unlock code would take 5 business days to arrive (a week) and would not promise functionality. Went through Unlock Kings customer service who informed me to return the phone.
Summary: I must say that using it for a week, it got broken. I cant hear any sound. Fortunately I am able to use it with the loudspeaker on. Since I am using it in Brazil I ve called Motorola and they said they will not do anything because it has been bought in the USA.

Se você quer ajuda pelo site da Motorola "Não faça perguntas dificeis" porque a atendente lhe dirá que um técnico te ligará por telefone, isto me foi dito as 11:00h são 19:00 e até agora nada.

Cons: 1 - Manual não fala nada 2 - Site da Motorola também não te informa qualquer coisa. 3 - Ajuda "Em uma pergunta mais dificil fala que um tecnico te ligará" não liga nunca. 4 - Na assistencia técnica da Motorola eles vendem um CD de iunstalação que custa R$ 45,00 e não é compativel com o modelo. 5 - Duvidas para instalar INTERNET quem te ajuda só a operadora, os atendentes não sabem te instruir.
