Not worth owning unless you need something temporarily.

Summary: Not tough at all, first time I dropped this NEW phone 2ft the back popped off and battery flew out "it will happen every time" The company I bought it from was great but this fone is terrible. I wish I found my old LGT300 (I think thats what it was) You could drop it from 8ft high, it would just bounce, no big deal. I dropped it thousands of times. It was so easy to use.
Summary: This phone works but it is so disorted at times you can not understand what that person (my daughter) was saying. She had the phone. It sounded like the speaker was going bad, cuts in and out. Is not our service we have AT&T and I never have any problems any were in the USA, but if you are in a holler then there is no service. Normaly cristal clear.
Summary: This product seemed cheaply made. Quality in hand was less than I expected based on description. But it would be the Motorola manufacturing that would address this situation.. Motorola brand is why I chose to purchase this and I do like Motorola products, but this one was of the lowest quality for me.
Excerpt: Our summer temperatures often reach 100deg. This is the only phone of many that I have owned that goes into shut down mode. I had the phone in a belt pouch, while I was sitting in my air conditioned office. I returned the first phone, and received a replacement. After 1 week the replacement had the same problem. The message is "The phone is overheated and is in cool down mode. Emergency calls only." or something to that affect.
