Excerpt: The E815 is my favorite cellphone! It's made by Motorola and is just the right size. I have mine in a protective case ( hot pink with silver stars on it), ok.. so my case is a bit gaudy.. but I don't lose it this way! It's not fancy, but it's just what I need.
Excerpt: this was a fun phone. it is easy to use and the pink is awesome. phone is super easy to learn. The only thing I had trouble with at first was getting my SIM card phonebook to show but after a quick call to Tmobile, it was all taken care of. The menu is great and has tons of icons that are labeled, which is totally helpful in learning this phone.
Excerpt: When I shop for a cell phone, I want something that will last until my "new every 2" comes along for VZ wireless. Although my husband has had trouble with his, Verizon has always been good about supplying him with a refurbished one. It is unfortunate that cell insurance is pointless, but we just have to hold on until we are eligible for new phones. Overall, I think Motorolas are good phones.
Excerpt: This phone has proven very reliable over the time I've had it. There are a few things I would prefer to have in the calendar feature, such as better control of recurrence. I'd also like better control of the manufacturer's features disabled by the carrier.
Excerpt: the Motorola - E815 Cell Phone is a great phone. It was the 1st phone I ever owned. it did what I wanted and worked great. I work as a hospice nurse in peoples homes and often I have to make calls to doctors and patients families to update them. this phone worked great. It was sturdy, reliable. the connection was great, and I never lost anyone while I was talking to them. I had it for 3 years and it took a beating and keep on ticking.
Excerpt: The motorola E815 is a great phone. The camera is a basic, the keypad works, but it pales in comparison in my opinion to the smartphones out today, although this phone is a value-oriented phone and is not the type of phone that smartphone users will consider. The controls and navigation as others have stated is very intuitive and there really isn't anything confusing. The reception is not bad, although I have had surprisingly a few number of dropped calls.
Summary: This could be the best phone ever. Voice quality is exceptional. Calendar and reminders are easier to use than a smart phone. Missed calls are easy to review and make call backs. Speaker phone is loud and clear. I've used one of these ever since they came out and it's by far the best cell phone I have ever owned for call sound quality and ease of use.
Summary: You've seen the reviews . The E815 is a very good solid phone . I wish it were just a little smaller , and the vibration feature is a joke . Great call clarity , and reception . Almost as good as my old V60i ! Shame they can't make em like that anymore , I had that one 9 years ..........
Summary: As large and outdated as these are, they are one of the best phones Motorola ever made. Great sound, pretty durable, solid battery life, good keyboard, pull-out antenna. The sound quality is definitely above average. If you use Verizon, this is a good backup phone to have around to activate for emergencies (if you lose/break your current phone).
