Excellent phone for the money. Terrible batteries. Get the BH6X batteries

Summary: Summary: Slow and outdated, for the price its AMAZING, almost unbelievable what you get. The 1Ghz processor is a dual core but a slow one. It can handle most apps but limited multi tasking. If your unfamiliar with smart phones it needs to be restarted and may crash from time to time, normal with androids using complicated apps.
Excerpt: I hate this phone. Here's why: Lag issues: -Have to tap the button several times to get the flashlight to come on. Sometimes flashlight will turn off a few seconds after I've turned it on, because I tapped several times, but it takes a couple of minutes to register. Yes, you read that right. A couple of minutes. -Failure to let me accept incoming calls. -Takes way too long to make outgoing calls.
Pros: Nice screen, Extended life battery lasts all day
Excerpt: Worst phone i have ever owned. within the second week i had it the screen started locking up and it would have to be powered off and back on. Now that ive had it for a while, the keyboard never works, the screen locking up is beyond awful, and it won't charge. bought a new battery which did not help. It powers off randomly at 100% battery. It also will not charge on a computer, only a wall outlet. really, don't waste your money. This phone gives me intense migraines.
Summary: Great phone still going strong today though there have been advancements in cell phone technology since it's birth. Very capable of doing all a person really needs to do and has plenty of extras that we really don't need but want. I like the phone so much I bought a second one for my teenage daughter as her first smartphone and even she likes it.
Summary: you do not have to activate this phone via verizon or pay verizon for smart phone service. the phone comes programmed to use verizon "if you want it". there are several ways to bypass verizon all of which can be found on u-tube.(am talking about activation, not programming) the phone has text keyboard, but why use it when the phone comes with voice to text recognition built in. the dial features has about 100 apps on googleplay.
Moto Droid X2 can still hold up to today's smartphones. Great value!!!

Summary: This phone arrived in mint condition, as if it were brand new. There were no scratches or buff marks. When I turned it on it went straight into the new phone set up. Everything works great. The call quality is way better than what I was used to with my old flip phone and it really grabs the signal in weak areas. The screen responds super quick to touches and the display keyboard is big and looks just like my computer's.
Summary: Great screen clarity. The only problem is when I want to send a text, the phone is slow to react. I have to touch the keyboard several times before it ever appears on the screen. I would say it is the next best thing to an iPhone.
Summary: The Motorola Droid X2 phone is a great phone but this review isn't only about the functionality of the phone, this is a rating because I received a brand new phone within the time promised (two day shipping). This phone was listed on Amazon as a new phone but I was skeptical because the pic in the description showed an obviously used phone. Five stars for the condition of the phone and to the seller for giving me what I want/needed.
Excerpt: I loved this phone! It was great! The lack of numbers on the tops was the only annoying thing. I went to Droid 4 and its horrible... went back and got a Droid 3! AMAZING! I wish They would have left the Droid 3 alone!
