stay far far away from this phone!
27 January 2014
Summary: I hate this phone, I am seriously considering using my brothers old IPhone 4S because this thing sucks so bad. battery life? what battery life? i have to plug this phone in by 1pm or 2pm everyday, I'm on my phone for 20 minutes looking at emails, and about another 30 making calls (i'm a real estate agent my phone is very important) , the only way to make it last longer is to cut the screen brightness, i live in Az and if i walk outside i can't see the screen.
Summary: This is one of the worst phone I've ever had. Not only does it take an excessive amount of time to open up anything, but when it does, theres a 50% chance the app won't even work! I've had this phone for about 7 months now, the first 3, the phone worked pretty well, a few minor problems but hey, you expect that with technology. After that however, straight downwards.
Pros: Camera quality
Cons: Freezing, Keyboard messes up, types letters randomly, Website very hard to navigate, Phone shuts off at random, Signal is lost very easily
Pros: looks nice, very ergonomic, when working has some great features.
Cons: first one fried within a few weeks, the HDMI dock was broken internally. They sent it back to me un-repaired. they then sent me a refurb unti that worked for less than 6 hours before rebooting constantly. gets worse
Summary: I was very disappointed in this phone. Must be near a charger to use any of the smart phone features. I have turned off my LTE capability and use CDMA only mode so I have enough battery to get through the day. Verizon then adds insult to injury when the RAZR MAXX comes out. They obviously knew the RAZR was a substandard product and had a usable phone in the works to replace it.
