Motorola DROID RAZR (Verizon) review

MobileBurn
8 November 2011
  • Summary: The Motorola DROID RAZR is the first 4G LTE ( INFO ) smartphone for Verizon Wireless that can compete with non-4G devices in a spec sheet battle. With a crazy-thin 7.1mm profile, a dual-core processor, and an 8 megapixel camera that can record 1080p HD video, the DROID RAZR has the nuts.
  • Pros: Amazingly thin and strong design, fantastic qHD display, blazing LTE speeds, solid camera, good Motorola-developed software touches
  • Cons: Awful battery life with LTE enabled, runs very hot, non-swappable battery

Motorola DROID RAZR Review

Phone Arena
7 November 2011
  • Conclusion: Bringing us back to memory lane, there's no arguing that the original Motorola RAZR was an iconic device that's seemingly forever ingrained into our minds, but on top of that, it showed us the kind of ingenuity behind Motorola. As the story goes, the RAZR eventually exhausted its ride, but Motorola managed to reignite that fire with the original Motorola DROID from a couple years ago.
  • Pros: Stand-out design, materials and build quality, Clear calling quality, 4G LTE connectivity with great speeds, Motorola Webtop functionality and microHDMI
  • Cons: Not running Android 4.0 ICS out of the box, Screen is great, but with so-so pixel density, Camera and camcorder are not top-notch

  • Cons: The Motorola Droid Razr's large size might feel awkward in small hands; we expected better picture quality from its 8-megapixel camera; and the battery is not removable.

Motorola RAZR

Adrenaline
17 January 2012
  • Pros: Ultrafino, Ótima experiência multimídia, Desempenho excelente, As Smart Actions ajudam a economizar bateria
  • Cons: As câmeras ainda podem melhorar, especialmente na captura de vídeo, Relativamente pesado para um smartphone tão fino
