Poor battery life and charging issues

Kara, Amazon
2 June 2014
  • Summary: The phone arrived on time but the battery hardly lasts at all. This is very disappointing since I purchased this model specifically for the long battery life. Additionally, I frequently have trouble getting the phone to charge.

A phone riddled with glitches

mattielb, CNET
29 May 2013
  • Summary: I really wanted to like this phone. The screen is just the right size, it doesn't crack and the battery lasts forever. That said, it has consistently been the jankiest phone I've ever owned. Worse than a Blackberry.
  • Pros: Size, battery life, sturdy
  • Cons: technology

Works great when it works

ymmomsj, CNET
25 October 2012
  • Summary: I have had NOTHING but problems with this one. Took my 3rd phone back to verizon in 3 months today. No sound when it rings, no speaker phone, can't hear anyone on the phone, basically no sound at all. Verizon told me they didn't see why it was a problem.
  • Pros: Battery life
  • Cons: Speaker/sound on phone breaks constantly

Google/Gmail Proprietary- All Others Beware!

Fred_Fox, CNET
24 June 2012
  • Summary: I'm not a "techie" and I don't care for "bells and whistles". The reason I bought this was to try to be current (technology wise) for my business, and I wanted a larger screen, without having to drag a tablet around.
  • Pros: What everybody else says...
  • Cons: Google/Gmail Proprietary, No "Profiles" for alert, phone and email tone settings., Keyboard "keys" too small for guys with BIG hands.
