Summary: Phone was exactly like my old one. It worked for a few days then screen went tye dyed then turned black. Sticker on the back started peeling off. It was not damaged or anything just quit working between two text messages. They did send my refund very quickly, so I felt I was treated fairly.

Summary: I purchased this item on May 6, 2015. In a month it had started acting up a little. By two months it got where it would begin to freeze up. Now it freezes all the time. You can barely get around and do anything on it. I think it should have lasted a little longer than 3 months.
Summary: After using this for almost a month, there are issues with this phone. It gets hot sometimes when charging and there are errors all the time after opening an app. I've reset the phone and it continues to happen. Great price and phone, but this phone is not the best one the company sent.

Summary: When I received ,this phone it was already defective. I had to download app/plugin called sound about just to hear anything or for the person on a call to hear me. It also would randomly restart . It would also freeze every time I open an app or try to change the background photo.
Summary: This phone has been a pain since I first took it out of the box. Everything is inexplicably slow for a phone that is supposed to be dual core and have 16gb of ram. Somehow in the rush to make smartphones so dang smart, they forgot to actually make them good phones.
