Slow and Freezes
25 August 2014
Summary: I don't think this phone was new, I think it was refurbished. It is slow and always freezes. I will be typing a text and it just gets stuck, I don't have a lot of apps so it's not a memeory issue. I also don't trust the seller.
Summary: Sad to say this since my dad worked at Motorola for awhile but I'm never buying a Motorola phone again. I've had 2 of these (lost my first one), both had same issues. After only a few weeks starting having frequent software glitches. Lots of phone freezes, esp while playing music. Phone will randomly shut down. Reception is pretty bad.
Pros: Durable, Decent batter life
Cons: Frequent software glitches, takes forever to charge
Seller is selling junk phones only last a few months. beware.

Summary: After only 4 months phone quit working on its own. Went to power it up and it was dead as a door nail. Tried hard reset, called Verizon for help and nothing worked. And could not get a hold of the seller. And get this I bought another phone from Amazon and just realized it is from the same damn seller OH great.
... it was stated from Joycell that it was in like new condition
15 July 2014
Summary: I bought this phone used but it was stated from Joycell that it was in like new condition. When I got the phone it was NOT in like new condition. The phone had a lot of heavy nicks and couple heavy scratches on front screen. Phone worked decent for a little while but turned out the phone is a piece of garbage.
Summary: I thought I was buying the best, I am, after 8 months going to spend the money to buy a different phone. This stupid phone will have full 4g strength and it will disappear...wait a few minutes and it comes back (in the same spot where other phones have full strength).
Pros: Size, weight, battery life
Cons: Cannot reset by taking battery out, very frustrating
Summary: I bought the Droid Maxx for my business. After about 2 weeks of use, clients told me the phone was fading in and out. Then last Friday night the brand-new phone stopped working altogether for no apparent reason. Every time I tried restarting it, it returned to "setup" and froze. The next morning, I took it to the Verizon store and was told that all of my photos, my call log and my contacts were permanently LOST.
