Clunky and just stops cell service
25 March 2014
Summary: I thought I was buying the best, I am, after 8 months going to spend the money to buy a different phone. This stupid phone will have full 4g strength and it will disappear...wait a few minutes and it comes back (in the same spot where other phones have full strength).
Pros: Size, weight, battery life
Cons: Cannot reset by taking battery out, very frustrating
Summary: I love the phone! I owned one previously which was lucky for me because one thing I didn't know was that a Sim card did not come with purchase and I happened to have one! Great phone and fast shipping!
Summary: I was only looking for a phone to make it through the next year of my contract after I broke my Galaxy S3. I ordered this phone new and it certainly did not come new. When I turned on the phone it did not automatically bring me to the easy set up. Furthermore, there was already a video loaded onto the phone. I did a factory restore and after that it was easy to set up. As far as the system goes, it is a bit slow for me.
Summary: No joke. I paid almost $300 for this phone back in March - phone arrived in sealed package, with everything seeming legit until I went to activate it with Verizon I was told the phone is useless to me as it was flagged as being stolen. beware 3rd party sellers and shame on verizon for forcing me to get a phone elsewhere just to keep my unlimited data.
Summary: It took a bit of time to receive this phone but it was worth the wait. I was using a regular Droid before I got this, which made the transition easy for me. I love all the apps I can use and the 4g is sooo much faster. The battery life is great! If I am not using my phone very much, a charge will last 3 or 4 days. It is fast and efficient. I am getting used to the phone's keyboard as my other phone had a pull out keyboard but that comes with time and use.
Summary: I bought the Droid Maxx for my business. After about 2 weeks of use, clients told me the phone was fading in and out. Then last Friday night the brand-new phone stopped working altogether for no apparent reason. Every time I tried restarting it, it returned to "setup" and froze. The next morning, I took it to the Verizon store and was told that all of my photos, my call log and my contacts were permanently LOST.
A decent pick, but unreliable data usage services.

Summary: This is my first smartphone. I don't utilize the technology to it's fullest potential, nor do I have a million apps that use a lot of data.
Pros: - Large screen with good resolution , - 5 customizable "home" screens a swipe away, - Apparent battery longevity, - Video recorder with decent screen resolution upon play-back. , - Call quality, - Sturdy in build
Cons: BIGGEST con (-1.5 stars): Unreliable connection to the internet/4G,& apps that require it. Even if I'm in an area of full coverage, apps/navigation freezes,& the internet availability acts like dial-up. Don't even try it in airports!, - Camera qual
