Excerpt: To configure quick responses go to Email, Menu, Settings, Quick Responses and click create new. After using the RAZR MAXX, I believe it’s price is fairly sufficient. For the price I certainly don’t believe you can ask for a much better phone. It’s very dependable and light weight, it only weighs 5.11 oz. Despite a few flaws, I have not had any significant technical problems. It has held up very well for the 7 months that I’ve owned it. I would definitely recommend it!
Excerpt: Got this phone as a replacement for my last Motorola clunker, and it is only a slight improvement. First, as with all things Verizon, it is LOADED with bloatware. When I cut it on in the AM, sometimes it takes as long as 5 min to get my emails up because it is busy downloading updates for apps I neither asked for nor need. The processor is painfully slow.
Excerpt: Great phone, well built, light weight, fast on LTE & WiFi. It's Android, so anything you wish it did you can download from the market. With the JellyBean update, bloatware isn't an issue. Phone can get a little hot while inside the windshield mount, but that's to be expected.
Excerpt: When I switched from Sprint Motorola Photon Q to Verizon, I expected to get the Motorola Droid 4 (comparable device). My friend pointed out the RAZR MAXX and I went to PhoneArena.com to research. Ever since I've had this phone in my hands, I've loved it. After the Jelly Bean update, the phone was even better. I have dropped this device in a shallow pool of water (sink while shaving) and had no issues. It's more durable and rugged than expected.
Excerpt: I got this phone in Mexico a month ago and I'm very satisfied. It's not as expensive as I thought and it combines the best of every smartphone: long battery life, big screen, great camera, microSD capable, etc. Totally worth it.
Excerpt: I didn't have this phone long, maybe 4 months, before it started over heating and dying constantly... I thought it was supposed to have that extended life battery... when you spend this much on a phone you expect it to work longer. Plus I hate how when Verizon sends you a lemon, they replace it with a "refurbished" lemon. NOT IMPRESSED!
Excerpt: I switched to the RAZR MAXX from my DROID 4 because the battery life was too short and the screen was too small. I'm a heavy user and I get about twice the battery life on the MAXX. So if you're the kind of person that hates running out of battery this is this phone for you.
GREAT battery life and very good specs, features and root friendly too!
