Summary: Good buy for the price... It's a little slower than my old one (which was the same phone) but works great.. only reason it's getting 3 stars is because after 3 days I pulled it out of my pocket and the screen was shattered.. I did nothing to it was watching a movie it was fine when I used it last then bam destroyed..
Came in good visual condition, technology still needed to be refurbed

Summary: It came with only one visual issue, however for some reason the phone screen de-pixelates (if that is a thing) and goes black. I have to hard restart the phone to get it to turn back on. It happens about one time every week. I would assume if this is a refurb model, the electronics would not be messed up.
Excerpt: I got this phone as an upgrade to my HTC Thunderbolt (which I'd had since the day it came out). I was so excited about the battery life. I had the extended battery for the Thunderbolt, and I was beyond thrilled to get a slim, sleek phone with unbeatable battery life. I was so enthused that I let my eagerness overshadow the fact that the battery isn't removable. Doesn't seem like a big issue, right? Wrong.
Excerpt: This phone is replacing a Droid X ... it got to the point where it would just turn itself off. The phone was treated very well so it must be a Motorola feature. First, I hate the user interface on the HD. Google / Motorola must have hired some programmers from MS. The number of steps to perform a task has now seemingly doubled. Also, what happened to using WORDS instead of stupid vague icons to indicate a button or task.
