Summary: Absolutely terrible. Problem with the sound the 2nd day I used it & was too busy to return on time. This phone was refurbished but is complete garbage- EXTREMELY slow, freezes, won't update, won't save certain files. It has stressed me out for the past 6 months but I can't afford to get a new one until my upgrade! WORST refurbish job EVER. Can't believe they would sell this kind of product.
Company delivered what I ordered but hate the phone

Summary: Arrived on time and was what I ordered from the company but I do not like the HD at all. I like the Regular Droid Razr MAXX better that I replaced this with. They updated the format and I can't get back the home screen keyboard that I started with and if I try to delete a number due to punching the wrong one then the screen magnifies and makes it impossible to fix without turning off and starting over.
Summary: Ordered the RAZR HD version MAXX. In the invoice razr hd maxx. Was an ordinary rzr HD 0_o Memory 16GB!!! , battery capacity not 3300 T_T Seller compensated little funds because of the difference in the phone memory, but what about the battery ....
Summary: The best thing I can say is that it did arrive on time. My initial excitement was dashed the minute I opened the box. My "new" phone, according to the description, was clearly a used model. The scratches and dirt in the charging port is a clear indication of that. The phone had the wrong time so after 40 minutes of changing the settings both in the time zones and just changing the time it stills displays the wrong time.
Summary: I have an extremely poor impression of this phone, after owning it for over a year. It is full of applications and bloatware that are unwanted and unremovable. The bootloader is locked, so I cannot remove this software and install a custom ROM running proper Android. The audio player frequently skips and stutters (around 1 to 6 times per song). The battery life is a strong point. This phone's battery lasts an unbelievably long time, especially for a smartphone.
Excerpt: Pro: Battery life is the best. Screen size is better than most others except for Galaxy 3. Like the keyboard and ability to get to vibrate on touch. Great volumne and sound. World phone and takes an SD card. From everything I read, it was to be "the" best phone. Con: After about 10 days of ownership, the screen seemed not to respond to my touch very well and I had to touch it several times.
