F for battery life!!
8 March 2012
Summary: This phone is a nice size and one of the only few to have a physical keyboard... Too bad the battery only lasts a few hours with moderate use. Switched out batteries and it didn't matter. Had to sell.... Couldn't have a phone that i had to constantly charge.
Pros: Android! Touch screen on top physical keyboard on the bottom. Where as my tmobile lg gx2 drops calls driving to nc this one usually works. Verizon is definitely better on the road in a car then both tmobile and att and combined.
Cons: Living in Northern VA and it being Verizon. I would not expect to have so many dropped calls. I have no reception in my ground floor office in a two story building. I have to keep it in the window and run outside with it when it rings.
phone is ok, wish i would have bought at cheaper price for performance

Summary: cool phone, battery life kinda sucky...the screen freezes (dont know if its because i bought the phone slightly used)...cool apps, n features. take cool pics...overall the phone has everything i was looking for in a phone. still trying to figure out if im going to keep using it or by a new phone.
Cons: I just moved to an area where reception is terrible. I can't be called, nor can I make calls. Text messages do not go through. The issue is with the phone, because other Verizon users didn't have any problem using their phones in my house.
"Battry life is totally unacceptable for business use"
21 January 2011
Pros: nice screen, clear to read documents, decent camera, easy to set up enterprise
Cons: Must charge battery at 7 AM, 1 PM, 5 PM and 10 PM. Even with "nightsaver setting" it is totally drained by morning. Motorola's tech support is so unfamiliar with working with business clients they recommend mailing it in for repair. It 21 days old!
Summary: This phone is a great phone!! The operating system is amazing and it has a very fast processor. HOWEVER, I had to go through THREE PHONES before one finally worked!!!! NOTE!! Two of these were brand new phones purchased at the local Verizon stores!!! Where is Motorola's QC??? Other than that... I love it!!! :) Wonderful screen and camera!! I like the Google and social network integration into the operating system. Contacts are seamlessly merged between the two.
Summary: I bought this as I was sick of Blackberries and needed to switch to android, but still wanted a keyboard. I felt Motorola were pretty reliable. I stumbled upon this phone and although I didn't know that much about it I went for it anyway. I haven't seen another soul with the same phone, so I can only comment on my own experiences. First thing's first, the keyboard is outstanding, if you're interested because of that, don't worry, it has no faults whatsoever.
