"Don't judge the book by it's cover-NOT worth your money"

gingin724, CNET
21 April 2011
  • Pros: keyboard, touch screen, several home screens, nice security features, seems to be durable? I haven't heard of any cracked screen incidents, good email response time
  • Cons: phone constantly freezes and has to force close applications, terrible battery life - battery is always at 30% or less on average at the end of the day, facebook contacts do not sync well with manually inputted phone contacts - randomly someone I am texti

unreliable

xnuken96, Ebay
9 February 2011
  • Summary: This phone is the most frustrating piece of crap. This is my second one because I thought the first one was just a fluke of problems and its supposed to be such a SUPER phone. All it is was an attempt by Verizon to get something on the market while they got creamed by the iPhone. If its cold outside the touch screen does not work well at all. If its really cold outside the letters pop off the buttons.

"So Far, So Bad"

midtownmonkey, CNET
24 January 2011
  • Pros: It's Google integrated, and it just so happens that I use the full Google suite and Contacts with work. So the ease to get up and running was awesome. Mind blowing apps. Coming over from Blackberry, this thing is like a Ferrari.
  • Cons: I just dropped three calls TODAY with this phone on Verizon. I didn't drop a single call in two years with Blackberry on Sprint. I don't need a 5mp freaking camera or apps to look up cocktails. I need a phone that works 99.99% of the time. Not here

Promising, BUT....

lawman67, epinions.com
24 November 2010
  • Summary: Talk time isn't bad (3 hours) but standby time is truly horrid. Okay if you are always plugged in, but then, why get a mobile phone?
  • Pros: Great form-factor, near BlackBerry-level keyboard, support for Exchange and enterprise level security, versatile Android OS.
  • Cons: Dismal battery life and poor call quality
