Summary: I purchased this phone about 1.5 years ago on a contract with Verizon and it's been largely nothing but problems for me. I bought it knowing that the battery was bad and though the phone didn't disappoint on that front it wasn't as bad as it could have been (I charge at least once a day - twice a day if I'm using apps a lot). My biggest problem with the phone, though, is its speed.
Summary: I got this phone about 3 weeks ago. There were shipping errors at first, after a quick call phone call about the shipping errors amazon and Mango were nice enough to put the phone in overnight shipping and didn't charge me for it. However with this being a refurbished phone I expected SOME slowly, however, the phones problems have become more and more apparent...
Summary: This has worked okay. However, it was sold as "new" and not refurbished. However, when you get a phone that is new and it contains pictures on it of strange people and places, you got to wonder. Haven't had problems with it - but it was inappropriately advertised.
Summary: I've owned the Droid Bionic for one year six months and am very disappointed. Before Motorola updated the s/w the phone was fantastic, then the dreaded software upgrade was issued, my phone died and all my saved pics and text messages were gone, the phone was non-functional for approximately 3 days while Motorola figured out how to fix the problem - no "I'm sorry" from either company regarding this failure. The upgrade didn't assist the phone.
As responsive as my HTC Rezound, but fails in reliability with a bad mic.

Summary: Overall disappointed, speakerphone does not work. The speakerphone mic is inoperable for no explainable reason. The phone works in regular calling and google voice operations, but fails on speakerphone. Phone is upgraded to OTA ICS 4.1.2, which might have something to do with it.
Summary: Updated review: previously I noted having a very poor battery life with this phone but have been told by Verizon a capacitor is bad so I have requested a replacement from the seller, Increased Mobility. Will update when the replacement arrives. I bought this phone to replace one mid-contract with Verizon. Nice phone but the battery life is awful! I made sure the battery received with the phone was new and bought a new 'back up' battery as well.
Summary: When I ordered this phone the seller stated in his description "Great condition" so when I received this product I was very disappointed when I found it was all scratched, the top right hand corner had a small crack, no charger, and in bad condition. I immediately contacted the seller, no apology no nothing just a " as soon as I receive the phone you will get a refund." That's it!!
Summary: I decided to cheap out and get the Motorola Droid Bionic instead of an iPhone. Now I learned that was a terrible decision. I bought a 32 GB SD card (the max this phone allows) and copied music over to it from my Mac computer. It took awhile but eventually everything copied. It took a couple hours for the phone's music player to find all the songs but I was fine with that. Quite a bit of time passed and I wanted to change the songs on the phone.
