Summary: My husband has requested I buy this phone twice. It's a POS. It has some problems where the headphone jack gets messed up entirely too easily. Problems where if it charges too much the battery stops holding a charge altogether and the only way to fix it is remove the battery, get it on a strong enough charger, and boot it to fix the IOS. Seriously, this is ridiculous. I'm not buying from Motorola anymore.
Summary: Phone works fine but I paid for a new one and got a refurb the battery died in three hours gonna need a new battery think I should be compensated Bc if I wanted a refurb I would've picked that
Summary: I got this phone about 3 weeks ago. There were shipping errors at first, after a quick call phone call about the shipping errors amazon and Mango were nice enough to put the phone in overnight shipping and didn't charge me for it. However with this being a refurbished phone I expected SOME slowly, however, the phones problems have become more and more apparent...
Summary: Got this phone a year ago with my "new every two" program. Old phone was the original Droid. Never was blown away by this phone like the original. Try to plug this thing into a Windows 7 pc and MOTO Helper installs, which wants to download and install 140MB Backup Assistant Plus. More Verizon crapware! I am counting down the days until my contract is up, then this phone and Verizon are goners.
Pros: Big memory card, doesn't drop phone calls, browser is fast with the 4G-LTE.
Cons: Battery life is horrid. Still no ICS... really? Bloatware out the wazzoo!!! Screen often appears pixelated. Camera takes a really long time to capture the image.
I wish i didnt buy into the hype this phone created when it came out

Summary: I have had my phone for almost a year, it really sucks!! dont know if its verizon or the bionic, but drops calls like crazy, even with 3 bars in my house sitting still!!! awesome video quality, but seriously, I bought a phone for using as a phone, not a mobile tv station!! It constantly freezes up, and the screen dosent pickup your finger strokes about 1/8 of the time!!
Excerpt: I purchased this phone a little over a month ago from Radio Shack. My previous phone was the Droid 2 and I was waiting a long time for a new phone. I finally decided on the bionic for 2 main reasons. The larger screen and the 4g service. I purchased one for myself and one for my girlfriend. The first few days I was very happy. The 4g is incredibly fast. Netflix streams awesome and is a great time killer. Youtube videos are in HD and the picture is great.
Summary: Go ahead and do a google search for: 'Droid bionic data connection problems' before buying this phone. This phone and the razor are plagued with this issue, the verizon and motorola forums will show you how many people are having the problems and both companies admit they have a problem and no solution as of yet.
Pros: When 4g is connected it is a fast sleek phone.
Cons: Pretty large footprint and most importantly, it drops the data connection pretty much any time I really need it (anywhere from 5 times a day to all day.) Extremely frustrating.
There was a reason why this phone took 9 months to release.

Summary: I purchased this phone on the day of it's release and was very disappointed with the display quality, which uses pentile. Motorola in fact knew the risk they took using this display and fully regrets it as they will not be using this type of display in their next generation of phones.
Summary: Purchased expecting this to be new. This price was not for a refurbished or used phone. All 3 options were offered. I requested new. When Verizon was trying to activate the phone for me, I was told, this phone had 3 prior phone numbers. So I boxed it up and returned it. If I wanted a used phone I would have paid the used phone price.
