Summary: Absolutely horrible. I bought this phone as a replacement for my trashed Droid 4. This phone has the EXACT SAME ISSUES that my Droid 4 had. It seems that Motorola had no idea what they were doing when they updated these early 4G devices to Android 4.1. I frequently experience application hangs, crashes, and shutdowns. When attempting to send a text, the message rarely if ever reports as sent.
Beware of these "100% functional" phones. They are a mixed bag.

Summary: I have been busy and I was never able to return or write the review for my phone, but here I am online, five minutes to spare, and coincidentally looking at my former orders. Granted the phone was not listed as new, just 100% functional, be aware that you will be getting a used phone. Also, "100% functional" is a very broad definition for "works most of the time". When the product was shipped to me it, it was loose in the box. The power cord and the phone looked dirty.
Headphone jack broken, slow shipping, not helpful.

Summary: This phone took longer than I expected to ship, first off. Second, the headphone jack is completely fried. I tried using a q-tip, toothpick, air blower, etc, and nothing. It looks completely oxidized inside. When I called to have them assist me in order to avoid leaving negative feedback, they told me I had to call amazon. So...I proceeded to do so, kindly. They advised me that I could not just be sent a replacement upon return, that I had to return it, period.
Summary: I don't normally write any reviews, but this is worth it. This phone is horrible. I don't know if I got a lemon or what, but is making me want to go back to a flip phone. The battery life last me at best half a day just sitting in my pocket. I will force close every single app or screen I open. It will even force close my home screen. It says "Home Screen not responding. Would you like to close?" What!?!? How is my home screen not working!
phone worked fine for about 7 hours then just died

Summary: Got the phone and the battery would not hold charge! bought another battery and it did same thing, phone worked fine for about 7 hours then just died... I am returning it and trying to find another phone.. This came from SunCoast .. so I won't buy a product from them again... I am now worried this will happen again as I see this same problem with a lot of phones on here! Why do people try to sell faulty products?
Summary: Amazon fulfillment fraudulently sold me a refurbished unit as "new." I discovered this 6 months later when calling tech support at Verizon. Although Amazon has offered a full refund, consumers should know that there is a good chance that you are being lied to and sold refurbished units as new... State and federal trade commissions received a complaint of fraud today in association with this.
Summary: I bought a cellphone for my father for his Father's Day gift and was sold a phone that was reported lost or stolen. The Verizon dealer was able to activate the phone as it had been long enough that he didn't have to confiscate the phone. Then come to find out that the phone had been flashed, the dealer was able to fix that as well.
Summary: sad to say i really loved the phone- it was great and had everything i needed. but when i got the phone and went to activate it, the clerks and the manager told me that the phone was not new and was still locked into someone elses account and possibly stolen. such a disappointment.
