Summary: When I received the phone, I went online to activate it. I could not get the phone to turn on, unless plugged in and then it only showed the battery. I took the phone to Verizon, as I needed to get a sim card anyway, and asked them to get it activated for me. He couldn't get the phone to come on either, so he switched batteries. It appeared to work, but when he tried to connect it to the service, it would not. We are in the process of returning the phone.
Summary: I have had this phone for over a year. When I first got it I thought it was great. Then things went down hill. For starters, the phone has many, many Apps that cannot be deleted. Even if you don't use them, every few days they get in your face to upload upgrades. Then the Apps you do use also need to be upgraded. The upgrades normally completely change the user interface. Apps that previously worked become unworkable.

Summary: The phone was a piece and Verizon had to actually send me out a replacement since this one sucked. I don't know if the company knows what refurbishing a phone actually means. For one the phone should work like normal, not have a lot of white crap around the whole back when you pull the battery out, or look like someone just dropped it in white paint. I seriously wouldn't pay for this or waste my time.
Summary: BAD BAD camera. The camera is so bad it ruined the whole experience for me SOLD ASAP. The only good thing I liked was that the phone is very compact ( fits into the hand nicely) and its very sturdy.
Summary: I received the phone quickly and it looked like it was in great condition. There was suppose to be an otterbox case that never shipped, but amazon refunded me that portion with no hassle. When I went into the verizon store to activate it, the phone was on the "STOLEN/DO NOT ACTIVATE LIST." Shipping phone back and just buying one in person instead of from amazon. Not worth the wasted time spent shopping for hours online.
Summary: I had gotten this phone when I 1st switched to Verizon. I had the phone for about 2 months before it started to chr*p out on me. First, the speakers started going out and I had to turn off the phone then turn it back on to get them working. Called Verizon and they quickly sent me a new one....
